if you are a light sleeper I’d recommend requesting a room away from the trees, the birds are up early 😉

we were apprehensive at first due to the reviews we had read but we didn’t need to worry once we got here and we’re greeted by happy friendly staff that helped us with transport and tours we were soon put at ease! yes this hotel is under maintenance works for improvement! the pier for railey beach was 15minute walk and there are small shops along the way for water and snacks! the first night turned left at the end of the road and ate at one of the restaurants on the road and was wonderful also highly recommend the food vendors outside 7/11! second night we turned right and came to a stunning restaurant on the seafront a real hidden gem! you do have to walk to these places and like much of Thailand there aren’t paths! this hotel is perfect for quiet stay but close to ao nang and railey and many more for day / night trips! the views from the pool and balcony are beautiful, you can’t swim in the beach bit but it’s a perfect sunset setting next to the mountains! we also used the laundry service and will be carrying on our journey with clean washing! thank you 🙏🏻

Loads of work being done and was very noisy from 8am every day including weekends. Digging, hammering, circular saws and grinders, workmen shouting. It's great they're doing the place up but made our stay dreadful. they just didn't care that we would like a bit of peace and quiet and maybe a lie in on our holiday.

The rooms weren't cleaned every day, but they do leave you fresh coffee and toilet roll outside your room every day. The location is quite far from krabi and ao nang, but the staff are helpful for helping with this.

The staff were amazing. They sorted us out with bike hire and then on our last day 2 taxis didn't turn up to take us to the airport so the reception lady called her husband who took us very last minute and early in the morning. We were so grateful! The setting is stunning. And our rooms were clean on arrival. The pool is lovely and has a beautiful view of the sea. Close to the pier where you can get the boat to railay beach which is easy. The beds are hard but I think this is normal in thailand- despite this the pillows were very comfortable.

Opposite our room there was construction going on all day. It was very noisy in the room. The exit from the room was to the parking lot. Also, there was a fungus on the ceiling. We spent one night in a room at the construction site, for the second night we got a house, but we had to give up the third night because it was supposed to be at the construction site again.

It was very good location, close to the port. The room was big and bed comfortable. Everything was clean. Lovely pool. I spent only one night but I can imagine to be spending a week or so here on holiday.

we arrived late only to be taken to a dirty room with a mouldy Toilet seat, went to reception and told her that was not what we booked, she was not interested and bearing in mind it was nearly midnight she told me to take it up with booking company, we eventually got another room but had to pay more, I would never stay there again it is defiantly not as the pictures make it out to be and the management are really not interested at all. We were supposed to get water and tissues etc everyday but we didn’t, just whenever they decided. If you are looking to book I would not recommend here !!!! we went to another hotel 7 minute walk which was amazing and staff were so friendly and helpful.

On booking.com it stated there was a bar and restaurant and when we arrived and asked where they were as we had a long trip and need food and drink the lady said the bar and restaurant were closed due to Covid and short staff. The restaurant was only open in the morning for a very limited breakfast.

Sometimes was difficult to find transport into town, but once we made friends with a couple of the local drivers it was no trouble.

Wonderfull staff, very friendly and very helpful. Nice location, quiet and secluded enough but close enough to Ao Nang. Our room was really nice and the air con was grea.

When my son and i arrived after travelling for over 30 hrs i asked at check in if they would prefer cash payment (as i always do to help them avoid charges) they said always, so we paid cash, i was not given a receipt and didnt really think about it as so tired! After we left i noticed the payment had been taken off my card as well, when i messaged and emailed they ignored me at first, then replied asking for copy of receipt, i explaind what happened and that I wasn't given one but they are refusing to refund me! I feel cheated and sad as this has not happened before and the lady that took the cash seemed nice and this ruined what would have been a nice stay! MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT IF PAYING CASH ON ARRIVAL! Beds very hard!
