It is far from everything. The restaurant is not offering lunch or dinner. There are some possibilities around 10-15 mins walk

Clean room and pool. It was simply just perfect. Close to the pier as I was traveling further it was a big plus. The breakfast was very nice various food and tasty.

The Pool is nice, little gym with weights for all basic exercises. Hotel Shuttle to krabi town takes 5 minutes. A very good place to stay if you do not want to stay directly in the krabbi town. Walking to krabi is a little bit to far, so you need to take the cheap shuttle and a taxi back to the hotel. Maybe 50 baht or something.

the breakfast is underwhelming and have more variety. the location is too far from the city and no way to get there. You need your own transportation, cannot rely on taxi. staff is ok

No atmosphere or anything at all going on in the local area. very quiet when we visited. the gym looks new, but needs maintaining. the running machines both have holes under their belts and the smith/cable machine has huge resistance as it sticks with no weight on.

We were in the rear building on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator in that building which we weren’t awae of a lot of trips up & down the stairs in the heat. Apparantley the rate would be higher to be in the front building that has an elevator. Not aware of this at time of booking. Not much in the area to see without taking shuttle or taxi. No beach to spend time on but we were aware of that. Really nice pool up top. River runs into the ocean there so it has some visual appeal.

Breakfast limited and cold, building works in the corridor at 8am outside our door, then walk out the builder had left but shards of wood and rubble just left uncleaned so had to take care to not get splinters, also no concierge uptown arrival

I had to go to the pharmacy just because I stayed here. The room was never cleaned and when I asked the staff to clean my room they ignored me. The front desk never picks up their phone. I had to kill many mosquitos when I checked in. DO NOT BOOK. MANY OTHER PLACES WITHOUT PROBLEMS FOR THE SAME PRICE

There is dust everywhere, and I don't feel clean even though it's a 4-star hotel.

Old and very badly maintained hotel in the middle of nowhere. The sea near the hotel was not suitable for swimming. Minimum 40 minutes by car to Ao nang and other activities and really good places. Yes, it wasn't an expensive hotel but during your stay you will pay a lot for a taxi. The worst is the staff, which was rude and really not welcoming. View from the room to the inside courtyard with the garbage and trash all over the place. Very dirty rooms. As soon as we arrived, the key-card holder was broken and it was really dangerous. My kid stayed in another room that has this problem and we decided to move out from the hotel the next day. Hotel manager refused and said that we should go to police if we want to refund. It is a 2 star hotel at maximum by its condition and location and 0 star judging by the staff.

- Friendly staff, with a songthaew on site that makes it convenient for reaching other locations in Krabi. - Good buffet breakfast with many hot dishes and some european options.

Bathroom safety: should install bars, as there's nothing to grip. Also cleaning staff not attentive to adding toilet paper, sufficient towels, thorough cleaning of tub.

The staff was uniformly excellent. Friday, helpful, warm... it reads like the Scout motto, but it's true. We already miss them!
