This time I got a twin room (410) with one bed that was clearly not in a good shape. It was way too soft and unusable for sleeping so I slept on the other bed.

I stayed here before (room 210) and I liked it and the price was good. This time was a bit more expensive but still ok.

Near to walk-in street. Easily accessible to the main road Staffs are supportive Transportations are arranged by the hotel are economical than normal taxi services. breakfast was included, which is nice. Guests are allowed.

Parking was tight,room for maybe 20 cars.in mornings can be blocked in.aircon didn't like to come on had to fix that,after my wife fixed it we just left it on 24 hours a day. T.v was not good very fuzzy not clear ,unless you watch utube. Wifi was terrible we were on the 4th floor and it was bad always disconnecting.

Location was good,staff friendly. The breakfast was alright. Bed comfortable. The pool was nice.a little small but not busy so it was ok.

air conditioning sucked. they had it set up so that you could not keep your room cool while away, thus every time we came back to the room it was way too hot and never did cool off while we were in it.

inexpensive compared to being on the beach. we were 700 meters away.

Road was under repair so no light but being replaced the day I left . Alot of family rooms so a little noisy but not a problem. Breakfast could have more range for European customers

I guess you get what you paid for..we stayed 4nights/5days...whole hotel though seems to be new but looks and feels tired...some of the hotel equipment/chairs are not properly stored (they are in the floor spaces); only one elevator (that fits 4 people with luggages) to cover 10 floors...it's more like a dormitory ambience than a full-scale hotel...the restaurant (not actually) eating/dining area is just that a dining area or cafeteria style..basic amenities...no frills...struggled with communications with the staff but this is expected for a non-english speaking country...though in fairness the staff did try to understand your needs...it just sometimes to an observer comes out rude (due to limited vocabulary) and way of communicating (for those not familiar or use to Thai way of speaking)...

this kokohotel pattaya was quite a big different from the kokohotel tsukiji that we stayed in Tokyo...kokohotel south pattaya is quite tired in its appearance and ambience...its location is in a side street from the main busy soi bukarado...so its in the center of things (once you get your bearings for a 1st time visitor in Bangkok and Pattaya)...the room was big with a balcony...breakfast was also decent....they did have a pool but we only discovered it late and had no time to use it...over-all our stay was comfortable but NOT a blast..the staff were helpful and housekeeping gave us more towels than we needed!! toiletries was adequate..

The AC is old and loud ... also not enough power to cool down the room quick enough... it took about 10 mins something .

It is not at main street, still walk distance from bus route . neighbour hood is quit . which is very good ! The room is big ,and there is a small balcony to dry clothes.

The plughole in the shower hadn't been cleaned and there was a less than pleasant smell when you walked in. Otherwise the room was spotless and the hotel in general
