The way the bath room blinds are arranged, they need to think of something more clever that can possibly start from the floor and moves upwards.

It's at the quiet end of Patong beach which gives you the needed calm. Has a nice bistro ans restaurant on the ground floor ans taxi available right outside and a bike rental shop 20 meters away. Helpful reception staff.

The more expensive room with private pool had no ability to get fresh air. No windows or doors. The reverse cycle air-conditioning was loud and had to switch off at night to sleep, hence, room heated up. We are not ones to complain, but our pool chemical situation needed attention (algae growing on the pool lights. Been there a while). Also our hotwater system didn't work for 2 days. In saying this, they did get those things fixed and they are lovely people

The location was excellent. Situated at the southern end of Patong Beach, you are far enough away from the loud traffic and party scene. The woodfired pizza in their foyer area was awesome.

the smell of sewage from the bathroom was bad and bugs come in easy since there is no net on the balcony door so inspect ur beds for insects before u sleep we found a lot

Staff very accommodating, as we were going on a tour early one morning they had our breakfast packed in boxes 📦 at the reception. Also laundry facility very economical and quick . Centrally located and very close to restaurants and bars

Draining in the shower was not good at all so water flooded half of the bathroom and made the floor slippery. There was also a continuous clicking noise from the water heater thingy under the sink that was annoying in the night.

Great beachfront location and easy to get around to the bar street and everything. The staff was very friendly. The American breakfast we had was okay.

Everything about this hotel. It is small but comfy place and perfectly decorated. The view from rooftop pool is spectacular. The hotel is on the main Rd of Patong with view onto the beach straight across. Bangla road is nearby for nightlife. Trips to Big Buddha etc are easy to arrange from the hotel.

The rooms don't have a great noise isolation. In the night and in the morning there is quite some noise and the cleaning staff wasn't too careful, waking us up every morning at 8 - maybe because our room (402) was right in front of their storage room.

Super nice staff, nice breakfast and good location. We went for a few days for our honeymoon and the room was decorated with a lot of attention to detail 🥰 They even provided beach towels and beach bag for free, but no free drinking water.
