Steep climb up from the main road, may be uncomfortable for older people to walk up the road to peach blossom resort block of the peach hill resorts. There is shuttle from resort to beach every hour, so I guess you can manage with the help of that.

Close to Kata beach. Decent breakfast. Staff are friendly except the one at the peach blossom front desk. Comfortable beds. Gym facilities and three swimming pools to choose from. Big rooms.

I wish staff could have been more proactive about letting us check in early upon our early arrival after an all-night flight. I think the rooms were ready much sooner than they were made available to us. Come on guys, check more carefully before lazily referring to the check-in policy

The main property is at the top of a very steep hill. You have to climb up a lot of steps for breakfast but it’s not too bad.

Great location, very quiet, range of pools, excellent if you want to use it as a base to see more of Phuket and big Buddha.

Hotel is on a hill, hard to climb on top of it. However hotel does do shuttle busses during the day for the beach.

Mostly everything was good but again - keep in mind that the hotel is located on a steep hill.

Great location of our builidng - not noisy but near the walking streets and close to Kata Beach (10 min walk and Karon -15 mins) as well as to a great night food market and many shops. Hotel had 4 pools to choose from but we used only the one close to us since we had many other activities to do. Only thing is that the reception is located on a hill just as other pools and restaurants, so might be hard for some guests to walk there - important to keep in mind before booking. Cleanng staff did a nice job and also provided bottles of water. AC worked well. Overall - a nice stay.

The bungalov is not enough clean. There were a lot of dust and also there was a bad smell. Air conditioner was too noisy.

Staff 10/10 Location 10/10 - It is between Kata and Karon Beach. You can walk both of them.

The shower went from slightly warm to scolding every few seconds which made it difficult to shower child. Breakfast was below average standard and not worth paying extra for. Much nicer places for far cheaper just outside hotel

Our room initially was located above what I can only assume was a nightclub. We asked to switch rooms and they found us a quieter room the second night. The pools closed very early and the larger ones were very far from our building.

Very clean and great access to the little centre of kata beach, night market etc. The staff were helpful with arranging taxis and sorting a rooming mishap (see below)

My only minor complaint is that it's too hot not to run air conditioning through the night, but the air conditioner was very loud

Great location easy walk to both Kata and Karon. Kata night Market is 15 minute easy walk and was our favourite market in Phuket. Clean comfortable facilities and great buffet breakfast. Excellent value for money

At we were placed in the separate building which was awful. However the helpful manager upgraded us to a gorgeous bungalow. We liked everything else Beach is lovely but it is touristy

Roooms actually in the hotel.

We were out in the chalet style rooms which we did not expect. They were very good but we do not know if they are as good as the actual hotel rooms. Our chalets were put together as requested

The breakfast could be better. We stayed at three hotels during our trip and the breakfast was the most limited. Can these hotels make a hot cup of tea??!!

This is actually 3 separate hotels now linked together, which is not clear when booking. We initially were place in one which resembled a 1970s hospital with an aircon unit resembling a helicopter taking off, nowhere near to our friends we were travelling with. After raising to the staff they did everything possible to help (sure they much get a lot of feedback about that building…) and moved us to a pool access room for a minor upgrade fee.

Good location near the beach and nightlife, yet quiet (excluding the first room we were out in…). Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Happy hour beers were very cheap.

The rooms were a bit tired looking and parts of the property need a bit of TLC. The spa seemed to be permanently closed.

It’s in the name Peach HILL. I know we booked it and were aware of the location but ascending up the hill killed us in the heat. Even the taxis wanted to charge more because of the steep hill up :P The wifi was not very good most of the times. Breakfast is standard but could be improved.

The pool areas were nice. The staff were helpful, polite and spoke good english. Free shuttle to the beach is a plus. The fact that the hotel were concious about food waste and eco friendliness is a plus. Good gym and equipment. The AC in the room was powerful. Having a balcony with a good view was a plus.
