I expressed concern about location of my villa at check in being so far from the beach. I did notice that 3 villas overlooking the beach were empty for majority of my stay, a request to move/even upgrade was rejected, yet those villas stayed empty. Also my villa 313 being so far from beach had no breeze, so sitting on the patio was very uncomfortable, yet the patio’s of the hotel rooms had a fan which circulated air for residents of the cheaper rooms. If location of my villa was advised at time of booking I would have booked somewhere else with rooms closer to the beach. Other resorts I stayed at around the island had green grass in garden areas, lack of grass gave the impression of being left rundown and unattended, visually disappointing.

The relaxed vibe of the property, the location, the staff were all fantastic, breakfast was awesome every single morning.

A couple of railings were loose and felt like a safety hazard. The in-room tv didn't work properly and the AC remote needed new batteries.

Without a motor bike you're basically stuck. You can't really get a grab ride because the hotel is too far away from busier areas so you need to take rather expensive taxis.

The hotel looks like a tropical garden which is very nice. The pool area and the beach look just like on the pictures but note that the sand is not soft and smooth. If you're looking for some time away from everything this place is ideal as it is at the end of a tiny road and it feels quite secluded. The staff is nice.

The guests claim the seats at the pool early in the morning and keep them occupied all day with their towels.

The staff was really helpfull and nice. It was green and right at the beach. Clean and great massage.

The beach is clean just the part belonging to the resort, as soon as it reach its limits it becomes garbage everywhere, and it is very visible from the pool or the restaurant. Large electric post goes by next the resort. They are currently working on something related with it and it is very noisy. It is expected to finish in June 2024.

The room was very nice. Beautiful, Big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The pool is good and it is right next to the beach, so very good.

The hot water system did not work for the entirety of our stay. We called reception to have this looked at on our first day and were told someone would come look but no one came, followed up and was told it would be looked the next morning after waiting an hour then never heard anything the rest of our stay.

The beds were comfy and room was a good size. Property is close to the pier and had direct access to the beach. The gardens are beautiful. Breakfast and cleaning staff are incredibly friendly and breakfast is pretty good, eggs cooked to order.

The water pressure in the shower was very weak - problem if you want wash your hair. The resort generally is updated, furniture, buildings umbrellas…the pool could be cleaned more- I lost there my earring and found just much dirt down. The sad story is the dirt on the beach - the resort beach is cleaned daily but I couldn’t believe my eyes when the cleaning lady threw all the trash right next to our beach… on the left and on the right side you can “admire” rubbish heaps… sadly I saw it in most of the places around the island As I mentioned the staff doesn’t speak any foreign language- they pretend that they do, but if you want some answers you won’t get them .. they don’t communicate via booking.com, I wanted them to arrange transfer from the airport - which they offer , but never got the answer… I wrote them repeatedly even in Thai, then on what’s up, no answer… we had to take airport-taxi which is double price … I can’t imagine if we had some serious problem who would help us They probably don’t read these reviews, so it’s just warning for the future guests

The location is calm, ideal for elderly couples. The beach and garden are very nice. Even the breakfast is repetitive there is good large choice, you can have every day something different. The staff is smiling but they don’t speak any foreign language except maybe 3 people on the reception

The food in a restaurant was not great. Breakfasts were quite dull. I could hear loud noise coming from neighbour' air conditioner at nights. The pool is small and by 10am there were no free sunbeds on a beach. Territory just a foot away from a hotel beach border was garbaged and abandoned.

Hotel is located in a distant location from major attractions, which can be good if you're looking for quiet place. Beach is close, nice green territory, spacious bungalows. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great thai massages!

staff wasn’t very kind - they mostly seem annoyed by us guests. it feels like a big resort run by people that don’t really care about it, unlike most family-run places we stayed.

the pool was great for our 1 year old. breakfast was reasonably nice for Thai standards. We really like the local area with lots of nice little restaurants and massage places etc.

We arrived late at night also didn’t see much of the hotel but once we woke up wow what a view we went down the pool for the day and the view looking out to the beach and the sea was gorgeous! We was so shocked with how nice this property was as we only stayed one night as a little stop gap we didn’t except much but it was lovely!

The breakfast buffet was not very remarkable, the Thai food was already gone when I showed up ( one hour before closing ) eggs were only prepped on demand so there was a waiting line, selection in general pretty boring. No gym and a little off the beaten track, it's family oriented.

Not enough sunbeds or umbrellas on the beach. People were getting up early to put towels on beds to secure them. Spa wasn't open. Some staff don't understand what you are saying.

Lovely accomadation & some of the staff were very helpful. Breakfast ok could be varied a bit. Lady in the shop opposite very helpful & we rented our scooter from her.
