Great villa with a stunning pool. Noy was super helpful arranging taxis and assisting with any queries. Well equipped. Super clean and a bonus of an extra clean midweek and change of towels. Fruit basket and large waters in the villa. Pool table well used. Lovely stay

It was all great

This was our 2nd year and just as good. The pool is the jewel. The location is quiet but not far from a few restaurants and shops. It will be hard not to book again for 2026. Noy is lovely and was available when needed for advice and help.

Whilst it was outside of the control of the owners, the noise from the building of a new road up the mountain opposite was a little intrusive.

Only downside for us was the bugs - a selection of wildlife made its way into the house, but it's to be expected when you are in the jungle. A small price to pay for a wonderful villa.

Nothing compares to the view - absolutely stunning to be in an infinity pool looking out at the Samui jungle. The layout of the house was great too. Noy was very accommodating, helping us with massages at the villa. Knowing we could send a quick WhatsApp with any queries was great!

There was nothing we didn't like. The Villa just kept on giving.....

Everything. The location is perfect as it is away from busy Chaweng and Lamai. A few great restaurants in either direction with incredible sunsets. The villa itself was unbelievable. Air Con was great, Beds comfy, Bathrooms big, Pool table amazing and the pool itself was incredible. And as for Noy, we were so pleased with the quick response and local help. Thank you for an amazing 8 nights. More next year!!!!

The beds are way too hard, if there were comfortable mattresses that would a massive difference. Two of our group of 4 got very little sleep because of how uncomfortable the beds were. There is no real table to work at, there’s a little dinning table outside but that’s all.

I knew prior to visiting that the electricity was charged as extra at the end but seemed expensive $80AUD for 4nights.

Beautiful property, all our needs catered for. Standalone water cooler was great. Pool was the perfect temperature. Stunning surroundings. - the Mater Room is beautiful with stunning views but impossible to cool down.

Only small issue with some dirty stuffs in the kitchen, but other than that, everything was perfect. Please note that you will have to pay for the electricity at the end of the trip, we had to pay 3200 bath for 1 week, for 7 persons.

We spend one week to this amazing villa, the owner was really kind and really helpful, she helped us for all our small and big issue during the week. She also allow us for late checking and really early check out, you should ask the owner’s location for find more easily (especially night time). The Villa have big space, good design and all the bedrooms are spacious. The swimming pool was amazing and all the facilities was good! The Villa is near beaches, restaurant and massages places, but not so near from the big city, so it’s more calm. Thank you so much for this week!!

The electric they charge is an expensive surprise & would be better factored into the price. Also there is conveniently no change. 3,000 for 4 days when out for lots of it, just be aware.

Villa E is amazing as is Noy & the assistance she gives when required as she lives on site.

It is a bit far from everything - so you need taxis - and it wasn't easy to get food delivered as often they couldn't find the villa! But once we found one company that worked (the one suggested by the villa) we stuck to that. There is no aircon inside the house. This makes it a bit hard to hang out in. The bedrooms however all have air-conditioning and it works very well.

The host was great and very attentive. The location is a bit tricky. Every time we ordered a taxi they couldn't find it. We needed help too - perhaps a sign on the villa to say Villa E - would be very helpful, as there were none. The pool was spectacular and the highlight - with brilliant sunsets.
