South AfricaThe hotel falsely adsvertise as wheelchair friendly yet there are no ramps to access the building. I had 2 wheelchair people with me and was allocated room with steps. I had made them aware of my disability requirments over a month earlier yet they did not inform me of their limitations. Disappointed with this brand.
It's a good average hotel but not great for a Hilton Brand.

A lovely large pool with plenty of loungers. The service around the pool area was good and the menu was very acceptable. Next time i will upgrade to a pool side ground floor room. The location is very good and seconds away from some interesting restaurant's.

Qatarneed a second coffee machine at breakfast. when one stops poor staff have to go up and down to restaurant for cappuccino etc. They did it quickly and very kindly but hotel could invest in this to make things easier.
location - right beside restaurants shops sailboats, nice pool and rooms. If you don’t mind not being right at a beach, this is one of the best places to stay in Bodrum

United KingdomIn embracing the courtyard style the rooms have small windows which makes them quite dark inside. The layout of the bathroom with the shower by the entrance door is inconvenient and means that going into the bathroom the floor is always wet.
Great location opposite the marina. First impressions are definitely underwhelming as it looks just like another of the many properties along the busy one way harbour road. However, once inside there is a truly lovely swimming pool within a fantastic, tranquil courtyard overlooked by the bedrooms - a fabulous place to relax away from the noise, heat, hustle and bustle outside.

KuwaitThe room I stayed inn has a light curtain and bothered me when sunrises. I think those rooms on the view side only need to change window curtains so people could sleep comfortably. Workers in resturants and room service were so friendly and helpful. However, they lack of English speaking and this caused some difficulties for understanding us.
The location is super excellent. Close to the marine and all resturants area.

We loved the position of the hotel with easy access to parking, restaurants and Bodrum centre. The room was very comfortable and clean too. We enjoyed eating in the Big Chefs restaurant and used it several times just to enjoy a gin and tonic in the February sunshine. The staff were all very professional, friendly and extremely helpful too.
