How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel falsely adsvertise as wheelchair friendly yet there are no ramps to access the building. I had 2 wheelchair people with me and was allocated room with steps. I had made them aware of my disability requirments over a month earlier yet they did not inform me of their limitations. Disappointed with this brand.
It's a good average hotel but not great for a Hilton Brand.

no water glasses in the room. This was the case last time we stayed too. It’s the only hotel I’ve ever been to where this is the case.

The house bar was a little disappointing with hit and miss service. It didnt match the rest of the hotel
A lovely large pool with plenty of loungers. The service around the pool area was good and the menu was very acceptable. Next time i will upgrade to a pool side ground floor room. The location is very good and seconds away from some interesting restaurant's.

need a second coffee machine at breakfast. when one stops poor staff have to go up and down to restaurant for cappuccino etc. They did it quickly and very kindly but hotel could invest in this to make things easier.
location - right beside restaurants shops sailboats, nice pool and rooms. If you don’t mind not being right at a beach, this is one of the best places to stay in Bodrum

In embracing the courtyard style the rooms have small windows which makes them quite dark inside. The layout of the bathroom with the shower by the entrance door is inconvenient and means that going into the bathroom the floor is always wet.
Great location opposite the marina. First impressions are definitely underwhelming as it looks just like another of the many properties along the busy one way harbour road. However, once inside there is a truly lovely swimming pool within a fantastic, tranquil courtyard overlooked by the bedrooms - a fabulous place to relax away from the noise, heat, hustle and bustle outside.

the rooms were extremely small ! very very very difficult to comfortably change or spend beyond 2 hours in the room. breakfast spread though wide but very okay. rooms were too cramped and that didn’t feel value for money at all
it was located right in marina … very close to all restaurants and attractions which was super convenient. the pool & bar area was extremely cute

The room I stayed inn has a light curtain and bothered me when sunrises. I think those rooms on the view side only need to change window curtains so people could sleep comfortably. Workers in resturants and room service were so friendly and helpful. However, they lack of English speaking and this caused some difficulties for understanding us.
The location is super excellent. Close to the marine and all resturants area.

Minor communication problems with staff in terms of English knowledge. Bed was fairly hard, so may be an issue for some.
Great breakfast. Nice pool. Quick and responsive cleaning. Facilities Manager was extremely helpful.

Breakfast stops serving at 10am. Could do with this being longer to allow for a sleep-in.
Setting is lovely, location is great, staff friendly. The pool is also very very nice.

not clean there was hair in toilet the kettle was not clean they provided rotten fruits but they were able to clean the kettle and change the fruits to fresh one

Noisy construction work going on near the pool which was closed. Only there overnight so not a major inconvenience.
Nice hotel right next to the marina with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Friendly helpful staff and a good buffet breakfast.

We liked everything about this hotel
We loved the position of the hotel with easy access to parking, restaurants and Bodrum centre. The room was very comfortable and clean too. We enjoyed eating in the Big Chefs restaurant and used it several times just to enjoy a gin and tonic in the February sunshine. The staff were all very professional, friendly and extremely helpful too.

Taxi drivers are shrewd and cunning exploiting passengers. Beware of them.
Good location opposite to bodrum marina, Breakfast was not included. Nearest to market and resturants. Hotel was good.
