Strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. I know this is Turkey and people smoke a lot but hotels should be smoke free.

Good location. Near markets,mosque and sites. Easy walk to the waterfront area.

No place to park in front of the hotel but good is that there is a hotel garage few blocks a way (8-10min walk).

Even though location is considered as a centre, but surroundings weren’t nice. An elevator didn’t work, and it couldn’t be fixed for 4 days of our stay. Breakfast was ok.

Wi-Fi was working unstable.

Location, helpful staff, good breakfast, spacious room. Was quite unsure before arrival, because a lot of people was saying that they had problems with shower and unbearable smell of cigarettes. Indeed it was a bit smell, at bathrooms everything was working condition, not perfectly clean, but manageable.

Every thing was good but the rate was a little bit pricey . However it was a good value for money . Advertising the sauna and Hamam as one of the hotel facilities although they were paid services .

Reception Staff : Friendly and cooperated staff especially Hatice hanim who is very cooperative and professional . Cleaning Staff: Made a great efforts in cleaning and providing supplies on daily basis , especially Havva hanim. bed sheets and towels are cleaned every day in external laundry . Breakfast buffet: lots of good quality and varieties of foods and drinks . Location: very convenience location close to attractive places and public transportation. Facilites : all are well established and maintained although the hotel is not new building . WiFI was stable and excellent .

The room has a window to nowhere and always needs to turn on the light. Unfortunately Breakfast was far from good and really needs consideration.

The room has a suitable size and enough facilities. Location has a great accessibility with public transportation.

The hotel is good. The only thing that bothered me was that the curtains in the rooms were very light, allowing light to pass into the room and causing trouble sleeping. The receptionist, hatice, was very good and very elegant in her dealings. She explained to me all the things that were asked about very clearly. Many thanks to her.

The room was clean, but some items were broken or need to be renovated. The breakfast was not very tasty. The Hamam is not managed by the hotel, only cash was accepted.

Rooms were small, claustrophobic, door electronic lock was faulty and we could not get in the room without assistance from staff, using their master card keys. Breakfast was average

The cigarette smell. It was all over the room. I especially asked for a "non-smoking" room, knowing that in Turkey people smoke! The room was very smelly and when we asked to change to another, cleaner, they said they didn't have one but they would put a "machine" to clean it. We thought of an atmosphere ionizer, but the reality surpassed us. When we came back we found....the window open! And that was the end of our "negotiations"! Other than that, everything was ok.

The hotel is located in the city center, on a street with many other hotels. However, the street is small, next to a central road, and could get a bit "rough" at night. Nevertheless, we didn't feel unsafe, no more than anywhere else. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly even though English was not their strong point. Only on the first night, the night clerk didn't know any English and furthermore, he couldn't and didn't know how to explain to us where the hotel parking is when normally the hotel itself should take care. The wifi was very good, which is very important since you need roaming to communicate with Europe anyway. The breakfast was decent, nothing special. Classic breakfast of any hotel of this class, worldwide. I would recommend it with a caveat because of the cigarette smell.

The breakfast needed more fruit and warm fruits to cater for international visitors.

The owner , Abdul Momin was very approachable helpful. He went out of his way yo assist us. The staff, Haitija and Serpil were also very kind and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience.

- lots of problems in the toilets. - shower fell off - drainage system was not good it almost flood - AC was not working properly

Very friendly staff. The staff went out of there way to make you feel welcome. The hotel is nice, clean and simple, very value for money. The location was perfect. Everything was at walking distance eg, shopping, eating out. I think if i wanted a last minute cheap holiday, i would definitely book this hotel.
