Wifi was not very stable, OK to check emails and such, but a bit slow for YouTube.

Personnel of the hotel was very welcoming. They were a great help !! The hotel is next to metro and railway station, and not far from downtown.

Daily room cleaning would be nice. Requires tender polishing touch during cleaning. I would suggest the proprietor to at least sleep/use the rooms to actually see for themselves the additional finishing touches required for comfort like. Baggage racks, hand towels hangers , ample direct light over the kitchen table/sink.

Big spacious room and near tram and train stations. Food places nearby.

Massive issue with cleaning. On arrival, our room had peanuts on on the floor, hair on the desk, the shower head is absolutely disgusting and needs to be deep cleaned. There was lipstick on the mugs, bathroom walls are dirty.

The staff members were super friendly and hospitable, making sure our stay was comfortable, offering local restaurant suggestions, taking care of our parking and car every morning, providing laundry services etc. Definitely a lovely stay in Izmir!

Few things seemed old/broken in the room (the bathroom door, the kettle, the sofa).

Spacious room with good facilities for a couple travelling with a young child. Parking wasn't included but we found parking on the street outside fairly easily and it was free.

Large room, private parking near the hotel, no fee, there is an elevator. The bathroom is large, the center is close, 20-30 min walk. Metro and a place to eat at 5 min.

The air conditioner needs repair, also the kitchenette should be better equipped. The room should be renovated a little in places.

I chose this location for the second time and for the second year in a row because of the impression from a year ago. The staff at the reception was very kind, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, but the sofa bed was broken [it could not be extended]. The parking space [behind the hotel] was not a problem even if I arrived at the location a little later.

We went in augustus-2022 with a baby for 10 days. The hotel staff is very friendly, its like a second home. The family room is very comfortable and hygienic. The restaurants and shops nearby are compared to Cesme and Alacati more affordable. The shopping centers are 10-20min driving distance. Alacati is with the bus 40min. We recommend this place and would love to come back.

Airconditioning was a bit noisy.

The only dissatisfaction is that the sound of the air conditioner is very loud, it should be a malfunction, but we were very tired during the two nights we stayed and fell asleep quickly. Under normal circumstances, this noise will affect sleep

The hotel room is very big and very comfortable, I think it's worth the price, the staff is very friendly, and would like to stay again

overhead shower wasnt working but we didnt mind anyway. we used the handheld shower.. wifi in our room was not strong enough, but we had portable wifi with us so we didn't mind as well.

I liked the modern style room. location is also near to Alcacak and park. Very clean apartment. staff were very helpful and courteous. Ms. Ulzhan was very kind to offer her car for us during arrival and departure. Also when the rain was heavy and there were no taxi. everyone was welcoming and willing to help.

Someone was smoking in that room beforehand, air refresher had to be bought for our own convenience
