Our bed had a "dip". We found upon flipping the mattress, the "dip" was due to the wooden slats falling of the box spring/base. We also discovered stains on the mattress pad. However, it was quickly resolved. Thank you!

This was our 4th year staying at Arrive...and for obvious reasons. The location is away from downtown, the "adults only", the onsite restaurant, and of course, the staff.

Wish they had a more diverse servings and items at the bar and restaurant.

Very comfortable place to stay. It is a Boutique type Hotel so the pool and entertainment area is a little smaller, which made it more private.

The showers are plumbed backwards, so that they are hot right as you turn them on. Hard to get a hot shower that way. Luckily Palm Springs is warm.

We stayed in a downstairs room by the street so the cars driving by were loud at times and we could hear people upstairs moving chairs or suitcases.

I have stayed here a few times and its a nice little spot. Quiet. Great pool and hot tub. Staff is great. Manager Will is top 10 for service.

Almost perfect, but we thought the beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Hip spot with a great pool, bar, breakfast, and lounge area. Plus there’s a cool coffee shop right outside.

Amazing hotel and facilities. Pool and jacuzzi were perfectly heated. Nice and friendly staff. Location close to downtown. Free parking.

Only down side was the water pressure in the shower was low, and the head didn’t crew on tight enough so it sprayed a bit wampas. But not a deal breaker and we will absolutely stay here again. We loved it.

Great fresh, new, clean facility. Pool was in the center and great. Pool and hot tub both heated and they had fire pits all around. Bed was extremely comfortable!

Happy with everything

Love the vibe & decor. We’re in the middle of a road trip & this was an excellent respite. Poolside bar & jacuzzi were just what we needed after a long drive. Plenty of restaurants you can walk to nearby. Definitely would come back—maybe stay a couple of nights.

Sound proofing is a bit of an issue imo - we were on the ground floor and you could hear every step from above.

The hotel area, especially the centerpiece with the pool is beautiful. The room was also spacious, very clean and beautifully arranged. Thank you!

Really loved our stay at this hotel. We were able to check in as soon as we arrived early at 1pm which was very helpful. We received a complimentary drinks token which was also a lovely touch. Our room was very spacious and included a patio and a fireplace even though not needed in 36 degrees! Bed was super comfortable and shower area was great with nice amenities. Pool area on a Tuesday was nice and peaceful, pretty quiet and enjoyable to sit out and make the most of the sunny weather. Food and drinks by the pool were also great. The ice cream bar next door is lovely if you need something to cool down and there is lots of great restaurants, supermarket and petrol station very close by. Would have loved to have stayed more than one night!

Expensive.

Beautiful pool and hot tub area with lots of options for seating. The hotel felt intimate, while not too small. The room was stylish, clean and well-appointed. The location is convenient for getting downtown. We also appreciated the availability of food and coffee for purchase.
