Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMinor issues with sink in master bathroom and blinds in master bedroom. Water could have been hotter in showers.
Room and keys were ready when we checked in and they worked when we first tried them. Condo was clean with plenty of towels. Nice TV in the living room. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Kitchen was well appointed and clean. Large refrigerator and newer dishwasher. Appreciate the laundry pods. Pool areas were clean and chairs were new and clean.

United StatesI specifically requested first floor because I have a special need child and senior but I was assigned to second floor without prior notification. The resort couldn’t find any first floor apt available when we checked in although they did see the request, and booking.com couldn’t do anything but ask me to contact resort, and nobody would give us any credit or discount for the inconvenience. So everyday walking up and down the stairs were terrible.
