The room was okay….. reminded me of the barracks when I was in the military… but enough to sleep at…. The room wasn’t perfect and the bathroom under the sink on the floor was dirty…. But again, wasn’t so bad, just reminded me of a bad or quick clean up.

Pretty good experience. Comfortable, breakfast options where low, but didnt mind it, it was in an area that you had food options. Comfortable and easy to get to, front desk was nice.

It was not the cleanest and it had a slight mildew smell, I know it's covid so I think they were under staffed. By the time I wanted to change rooms we were kind of settled and it was a long day for us. I won't stay there again. It had potential but again covid. There was hair still on floor in bathroom. I usually bring my own disinfect any way. It once in my room I spray best as possible it that made it pleasant.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows, glad we had HBO and free wi-fi. The staff was pleasant enough. The room was a very good side with a couch to relax before bed.

The breakfast being provided Sat. The pool water is way to cold. Even my kids could not stay in the pool and they are used to cold pool water.

We got there Fri and nobody showed up to provide the breakfast. Mt husband was very disappointed. They did have breakfast the rest of the days we stayed. The pool water is way to cold.

A bit of noise late one night. Spa tub not quite as clean as I would have liked.

Self serve pastries, frozen microwave sandwiches, juice, and coffee were fine, but having a fresher option would have been nice.

Severely understaffed. They could not handle a continental breakfast because of staffing issue, or so they had posted. Indoor pool not available, once again for lack of staff. When we tried to check in the only person on duty was away from the front desk for about 15 minutes, with no backup. Not a very good value for the nightly rate. My expectations are a little bit higher.

First of all there is alotttttt of construction going on right infront of the hotel. You can barely get to it & when you want to go out of it there is a ton of traffic .Took us 30 minutes more to get anywhere and we stayed over the weekend. Oh , and the only reason why we booked this particular hotel was because they advertised that they had a pool and hot tub . Well when we got there they were both drained and closed !!! The receptionist told us about “New Bern aquatic center” nearby the hotel so we decided to check it out ….it also was CLOSED ! Again , we stayed over the weekend and it was about 90 degrees outside…So , do yourself and your family a favor and do your RESEARCH before staying at a place like this.

The room was extremely smelly. Bathroom was dirty, hair in bathtub, water not draining, toilet paper not restocked, floor dirty. The floorboards are probably not cleaned since this hotel has been in business. The paint on the bathroom walls and door was scraped off. Overall our room felt dirty.

The elevator was broken and did not get fixed the 4 days of being there , the laundry service was out of order , the room was gross , bathroom shower curtains were all rusted , rugs were all terribly stained . No room service , you had to ask for extra towels etc. poorly managed 🥲
