The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Sean, it was a pleasure to meet you. The complimentary breakfast was good, we ate in the bar/restaurant a few times over our week long stay, the food was excellent. We would happily stay again.

Well the pool was packed with kids. Standing room only and it was very very busy.

In a room with occupancy for 4, 2 stable chairs would have been nice. Sitting was the choice of a rolling desk chair, and a single chair. So one of us had to choose sitting on the bed if we didn’t want to be in the desk chair.

The breakfast was fresh with a good variety of choices. It met adult needs as well as children’s likes. Much better than other free breakfasts I have encountered at other hotels.

The pastries and the eggs----also---was wondering if the sausage was real pork--or was it turkey? Pork is ALWAYS better!

The breakfast just fine---although, I always wonder why the scrambled eggs always taste SO terrible at hotel breakfasts? Perhaps they need to get away from the "pour eggs from a bag" method and make them from scratch. It's NOT that hard!!!

It's a very pleasant place to stay. We love White Bear Lake and hope it never changes! Beautiful, peaceful, clean, safe city in Minnesota.

I thought that the hotel hallways were in need of some updating and refurbishing.

The hotel is very nice with a beautiful indoor pool area plus an excellent complimentary breakfast. A top-notch steak house & bar is also on the premises plus there is also a rooftop bar. The hotel is within walking distance of quaint and historic downtown White Bear Lake which has some nice shops and restaurants.

I didnt feel the rooms were thoroughly cleaned! Someone else hair in the sink. Carpets could use a good shampooing. Tile floors felt sticky.

Cons: Parking was a problem because of the attached restaurant. Breakfast is served in the pool area that was very hot and humid to sit in. Room was not thoroughly cleaned from previous occupant. Was not told had to request room to be cleaned during multiple night stay. Fortunate to not have a room on the side of the pool as I believe the noise would be loud.

Pros: Great shower with good pressure and massage head, remarkable breakfast, comfortable bed, good room size, attached restaurant food was excellent, and a mini fridge to store our leftovers. Staff was very friendly.

In my room the door to my room did not latch unless you slammed it, the bathroom door did not latch at all, and the back door of the motel again did not latch or lock. Was kind of concerning

The hot tub wasn't very warm. They did have a wedding the weekend we stayed so it was a bit busy and louder to the guest coming from the wedding early in the morning. However they do supply ear plugs in the nightstand but didn't see them until check out.

Rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly and willing to answer any questions. Breakfast was good and had a good selection to choose from.

There is nothing we really didn't like. We navigated through all the high school tournament excitement, no problem!!!

We came for a relaxing night to take in the whirlpool/pool. A little busy but OK. Dinned at Rudy's Red Eye and had Walleye and Scallops, good flavor and good choice.

Post the wifi password in the room or put it on the reciet at check in. The journey was long enough only to find out I needed to ask the receptionist for the password. My devices have unlimited data I'll use my own account rendering the free wifi of no added value to me. Lighting around the commons and pool need upgrades. Pool was area very dim, looked out dated.
