The building was in need of some TLC, the curtains in our room looked like stuff was spilled all over them, the toilet seat wasn't attacked securely and it ran continuously. The pools and hot tub were in need of a redo for sure and also each time we went to the pools there were never enough towels, thankfully we brought our own.

Everything was conveniently there, the restaurants were delicious and the beach was right there. The rooms were a good size too.

I went to the front desk and notified them of the lock in the door being lose and the T.V was flickering the entire time. I was told maintenance would come and no one ever came. At check out I told the front desk and basically was blown off again. First time at this hotel and definitely won’t be going back. Too many places to choose from to stay where your concerns aren’t validated! The lock is a huge safety concern. I took videos of it.

Pullout couch was quite small and came with horribly thin and stained mattress, the toilet ran constantly and had to keep being repositioned inside the tank to stop running after every flush, sharp cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and a peeling floor inside the tub with discoloration. Outlets in room were also very loose and made it difficult to plug anything in, without plugs falling out. No AC in main areas or hallways of hotel.

Great food at all areas within the hotel. Large indoor pool. Beach access with umbrella and chair services and great staff.

The arcade games messed up numerous times in ticket acquiring one game alone said we won 175 tickets and when we went to redeem said only 84, then after son chose a tiny plastic Dino in a gumball machine style cup, it drop us an empty cup with no lid. When asked about it. They said the machines are 3rd party and it’s a huge headache having to call the company and such for a 25 cent toy that cost 20 dollar in games. The pools don’t open until 11… that’s silly especially if you want to avoid guest going to the ocean before life guards are on duty. The restaurant doesn’t serve breakfast and the stand for convenience, served old warm sandwiches that were hard to chew

I enjoyed that the hotel offered added scheduled activities and events throughout the week for entertainment. Accessibility to the beach was really convo rent.

Rooms are dated and for paying 2500 for two nights is a shame on me and the resort for charging so much per night and still have to pay for ice skating

It would be great to have floor mats or something on the balcony (we had a 1st floor room) to wipe feet form sand so it wouldn’t track into the room. Also, the music in the ice rink lobby stayed on until about 10:30 which could be heard from our room.

AC did not work properly. Maintenance fixed after a complaint but the repair did not last so we were very uncomfortable for our 2 day stay. I don't want a hassle when I'm on vcation.

The fort card kept not working both of them and they kept resetting it but kept not working they didn’t listen kept blaming us for it here our last day they sent maintenance and it was a dirty card reader but it made my stay stressful cause having to drag the kids up and then drag them the whole back down to the desk to get a new card

Unfortunately, the hotel needs a facelift! It is obvious that no money has been spent to refresh it in many years. The furniture is old and worn. The bathtub was rusted. There was black mold on the ceiling vent in the bathroom. The caulking around the faucets was dried up and cracking.

We paid for an oceanfront room, so the location of our room was great. Every employee we interacted with from the front desk to the hotel store and cleaning staff were all very nice and friendly. The beach was wonderful. The hotel also offered free iceskating performances each night and a movie on the beach one night.

Bed was not comfortably. Usually they have been good but not this time. More handicap accessible bathrooms. Couldn't shower because not accessible to me

To have more complitary coffee available. Coffee in room doesn't work well. Had all you can eat crab legs. Serve was not good. Had to ask other people for mire crab legs. Didn't see our server.

The tvs were hard to operate and buffered continuously. Toilets were extremely low for elderly to use. We wanted ocean front, which in our opinion we didn't get because we had to look at the unappealing roof between us and the ocean.

Very disappointed outdoor hot tub and bar weren't open yet mid-May. Both restaurants were closed last two days of our stay.
