Second floor work area is great. Water stations on each floor also helped a lot. Cleaning was everyday. Location is near perfect.

Be aware that there can be a long wait for the lift if on one of the higher floors. Noise from what was presumably the ventilation system could be quite loud which may be an issue if you are noise sensitive.

Location was excellent, right on the river, close to Michigan Avenue. Very clean, bed was extremely comfortable.

Was on the second floor facing Wacker and one night there was a long, loud gathering across the street late at night for a couple hours, including someone driving a hot rod loudly around 1-2am- so ask for a room up high or facing the back of the building.

Front desk staff is excellent, hotel is clean and I loved having 24/7 access to custom coffee

Next time when I hear the word that I am upgraded I will know that I should be cautious. That means either the room booked by Booking.com was very bad, or I was downgraded to a room at the back of the hotel, dingy and room service is only available if you request.

Would have preferred option of a kettle in the room rather than go down to 2nd floor. More coffee pods should be provided (3 is not enough)

Wish we could have had a river view but no room was available.

Perfect River North location. Just across the river from the Wrigley Building, Trump hotel, and the Chicago Tribune building. Near Millennium Park and more restaurants than you can shake a stick at. Room was spacious and modern. The chilled water bottle stations on every floor was an unexpected treat!

Having only two elevators for floors above the 10th was usually not an issue, but became an annoyance during "rush hours", when it took a solid 10-15 minutes just to go up to my room to drop off my bags.

Comfortable, excellently priced hotel in a historic high-rise right on the Chicago River in the heart of downtown, within easy walking distance of the Art Institute, Cloud Gate, and other tourist attractions as well as the Magnificent Mile and nightlife of River North. The lounge on the second floor offers free coffee, there is a gym and laundry facilities in the basement, and the free wifi worked well during our entire stay. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making sure that my invoice would be ready in time for checkout early in the morning. Getting in and out to O'Hare and Chicago neighborhoods is simple, with all El lines within three blocks. I was in town for a conference at a nearby, much pricier hotel, where our colleagues had to pay daily for wifi (and coffee), so this is definitely the place to stay if you're on a budget and still want to treat yourself. Plus if you're lucky enough to get a riverside room, you will not be disappointed by the spectacular skyline views!

The rooms have a bad noise cancellation so you hear a bit the street.

Location/price were good. The check-in and out are super speedy.

The room wasnt cleaned daily even after our warnings. Room was old. Lady staff at check out was pretty rude.

I liked the location. Perfect one. I walked all the time and it was easy to find it. I love to attitude of the man who agreed to change my room to a better one. Really appreciate it. I stayed for 5 days. And I didn’t want to look at the black wall from my window. So I requested to change a room and man at the front desk agreed to do it a day. Thank you. Also there a coffeee station on the second floor. Which Is very convenient

There are only two elevators to CQ floors so sometimes have to wait.

Centrally located in th Loop, easy walking distance to main attractions. Got a room with nice river view. Small but clean. Free coffee all day on 2nd floor is a plus. Staff is really helpful and friendly.

Only 2 lifts. Always a wait and often lift turns up full already, ended up waiting for 20min one day.

They indicate that cleaning is done every three days, unless requested by telephone. This already seems wrong to me, but when we phoned and asked for cleaning on the second day, we were told that it was no problem, but no one came to clean. We left on the third day.

It has an excellent location, within walking distance of Chicago's main attractions. It has automated check-out, so it's easy to check out at any time.

Did not know there was no air conditioning during the winter. It made it a little uncomfortable if you enjoy a cold room.
