The check in process was long, I had to wait 2 hours for my room to be available.

The water park was nice however, a bunch of the slides were closed which was an inconvenience. The breakfast was great, and the room was outdated but clean.

The food at the grill restaurant. I bit into my first chicken tender and it was BLACK inside. They gave me a refund. Still disgusting

We enjoyed the water park area as well as the 1st pool. The hotel is within walking distance of lots of places. The security and entrance gates were a nice touch. The stuff was great

Our room smelled horribly musty upon arrival. We couldn’t get our tv to work and had to call guest services which took about 15 minutes for someone to answer. They sent maintenance up and he didn’t speak English and couldn’t explain to us how he got to the guide because the button on the remote doesn’t work and apparently you have to be on a certain channel for the tv to work. The pool water was cold.

The water park was so much fun! The beds were comfy. The food was ok, tiki bar drinks were good, I felt comfortable with my family here.

There should’ve been more rafts. Waiting for a raft was quite tedious. Some folks wouldn’t let go of a raft once they got one and would go several times.

Main water park slides were closed for maintenance our whole stay which was the main reason we booked this hotel. Kids were very disappointed. Could have booked a better hotel with a pool for less.

Bars should be open at BOTH pools early, especially the adult pool. The pools aren’t as clean as I’d hoped for. Cloudy both days we were there. Hot tub didn’t look good at all. The drain stops in the room weren’t working in the sink or shower great. I had to remove the one in tub in order for the water to drain and the sink stopped was broken on back of faucet. A/C was a bit loud. Mattresses weren’t awful but not the best quality. But everything was clean and service was great. I was even texted during the stay to make sure all was well… Impressive!

Everything that was needed and more were on property. Friendly staff, great kids place, but also nice adult area pool too. Adult beverages and food are good. Very clean property. Starbucks & breakfast on-site & and a mini fridge in room. Good TV. Plenty of staff everywhere. Towels easy to get at pool and nice vibe.

Pool by lobby was not clean but everything else seemed well kept. Rooms smelled musty and always damp but I think that is just that air in Florida.

AC on the room wasn't working well. Mini fridge never got cold either and ask for a microwave and it was really old and hard to started.

Loved the water park and the employees where really nice too.
