The salespeople from the attraction center. I felt taken advantage of because we were lodged there. The packages should be recommended not forced on guests in the guise of being "free gifts ".

Great location. There's lots to do on the premises, and it's easy to get around. The breakfast options were good, too. We didn't exhaust all the facilities, there was a lot to do.

Wish I could do early check-in without extra cost, specially, since it was only two hours early. Wish they had the birthday basket available. What about the waterpark to stay open later, at least until 9 PM.

I wasn't satisfied with a breakfast. Small variety of food , I paid for the breakfast but we didn't enjoy that at all. Should be more options of salad Vegetables yogurts Fruits. ( It was nice if you guys had also options of lunch and dinner in your facility for people who stay for a long time Not Only chicken nuggets french fries and pizza) The pool with Slides close early. I was asking few times form reception for extra towels to my room. First cleaning lady bring and the next cleaning lady was taking them clean away. When we came back to the room , there were no extra towels in the room at all. We were more people in the room from the towels.

My kids like pool , games, good weather . Clean and musical hotel.

Cleaning staff was friendly, but they never got to our room to clean it or give us towels and soaps. I had to call at 6pm to get towels and when I saw them and asked if they were coming to clean our room they told me no. Guests by the pool left trash and garbage and no one was there to clean it up.

The value, staff, and options for the area were amazing. It was an overall amazing trip.

I did not appreciate that I called ahead of time to let him know that my flight was going to be delayed and even though they said that they was going to put a note so that they will hold my room they did not hold my room. So, being a person that uses a walk Aid and flying with my two children it was very inconvenient to have to sleep at the airport because they gave my room up. On top of that I did not get placed in my room until 2:00pm arriving there at about 9:30am a.m. and the bellhop asking with the amount of bags that I had and being with two kids actually asked me if I needed help carrying my luggage to my room and I just said no I'm fine and I just dealt with it. If it was just a carry-on pulley I would understand, I had three suitcases and I think it was a given to know that a guest needed help with her bags staying on the second floor in a hotel that had no elevator. The room was comfortable, but it needed upgrading or renovations with the AC off it smelled a bit moldy. I feel that because they bumped me, I ended up with one of the older rooms because they did look like they were doing some renovations or there were rooms that were renovated already on the first floor! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay on my honesty and would stay there again, but I would request a more updated room one that was renovated or try the other location!

The convenience of the location and the convenience of the restaurants on site, namely Starbucks. The convenient store that was open until late if you need to water, you need a juice, you needed snacks for the kids they had everything, and it was affordable. The pool slides that were a plus, if you did not want to go to a theme park, you could just stay there. If the weather was not good where you wanted to leave the hotel and do something, you could have just enjoyed the game room, and in the restaurant was a movie projector that played Disney movies all day. Everything there so that was a plus for me, especially for the children they always had something to do.

Found a fake fingernail in bedding, assuming it fell off the staff making the bed. Cushions on the sofa bed were quite stained, but we mostly used the pull out bed and put a clean sheet over cushions when the cushions were used. The blow dryer did not work. Most likely not tested between guests. I'm sure it would have been replaced had I requested. Otherwise overall, the room was clean.

The staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was included and quite good. Lots to choose from. Value for room along with activities and breakfast, exceptional. Lots of extras to do and a great place to bring the family. I would definitely stay again.

Drinks expensive, limited food menu at grill area mainly junk food with very few if no healthy options. Bedrooms a little dated Really disliked being offered "free gift" and forceful sales pitch at the ticket desk after checking in after an overnight 9 hr flight

Slides & pool area are good fun, staff helpful & pleasant, rooms clean . Breakfast was good and nice variety of food at breakfast. Movie for kids in the evening was lovely. Pool area cleaned very well daily and plenty of life guards on duty. Handy location & bus stop outside door to all the parks , outlets and restaurants.

The inconvenience of being woke up at 12:30 am by security, stating I wasn’t supposed to be in my room. Later finding out staff made a mistake. Very unprofessional and disappointing. My family and I were offered complimentary late checkout, which we accepted.

Pillows were quite uncomfortable. Water park does close early (5 or 6 pm) which was kind of a bummer but main pool and hot tub are open until 10.

I was in room 5214 and loved our view. When we got to our room we noticed the TV didn't work. I texted the front desk and we went for a walk around the property. When we got back the TV was fixed. I appreciated the fast service.

There was a lady in the reception she was Spanish and she was really rude. I think they need to teach their staff how to treat their guests in a better way.
