That the beds wasn’t very comfortable and the toilet had a hard time flushing if you didn’t make sure you lifted the nozzle back up all the way it wouldn’t flush and the front door locks looked kinda broken ish not totally secure and a bit loose

They was willing to give me a different room due to my room not being cleaned or ready when I made it to Austin from Houston so me and my child and father didn’t have to wait because we had somewhere to be in little time

It was a creazy F1 weekend and the hotel was very expensive for what it offered and yes the cheap option. But for been payed more than 300 per night, at leaste with the prices for that weekend, they shoulded had better towels, accesories, be prepare and make maintenance and improvements...

It was at least clean but it needs a lot of maintenance and renewal

No coffee maker in room, hair dryer broken, floor dirty and sticky, waffle maker didn't cook waffle completely, coffee lukewarm. Property grounds full of trash. Staff stated they would fix issues but didn't. Staff stated main clientele, referring to transient working crews, "stole or broke everything" so things weren't replaced. Might as well have been staying in a run-down Motel-6.

Chose mainly for location and what I thought was a reasonable price for a hotel with "Wyndham" in its name. Staff friendly enough.

Friendly staff, but not so friendly owner! I got 4 flat tires, owner did not express really any concern! I could be more blunt not going to go there! Spent a lot of money here to be treated like this! All he cared about is hit employees taking his dogs out to use the restroom! He told me nothing is going to come of I! I 000 rating

The handle to the shower fell off when you turned it. There was water marks and paint falling from the ceiling. The air conditioner has to be manually turned on at the desk which I went and had to tell them to do, and the front of the unit was broke. The sheets had a big stain on them. The floor felt gritty. Wasn’t carpet like the pictures. Door was dented all over and super hard to open. Cabinet was put in after the rooms were built and supported by a single screw in the side. Definitely not safe, limited a lot of space infront of the sink. Desk chair looked like it was out of the dumpster next door. Microwave and fridge were dirty and slimy looking. Coffee items were open and used. Housekeeping came in one time in 4 days and took my towels. I had to go to the desk and ask for new towels they didn’t leave any. Scratches on the wall from previous furniture. Definitely a sketchy part of town, was super worried for my car being stolen or messed with. Phone in room didn’t work. Told the desk and took two days to come fix it but the wall outlet was the problem so they couldn’t fix it until I left. Super unsafe.

The hotel was expensive for a 8 hour stay only to sleep. The neighbors were spanish speaking drug users or dealers, non stop talking and coming and going all night. No heat or AC in the room. Very uncomfortable all night

The hotel next door had turned to the ground the day before. Smoke, water and undesirables were all around. A $200+ expense should have been a $29.99 cost.

Nothing, I work at Olive Garden and spoke to the Owner at 11am, letting him know that I wouldnt arrive until 10pm. The room was already paid for. At 9:35pm I arrived and the staff ( a very large Hispanic woman ) told me she canceled my reservation because I didn't show up. I explained to her that I had already been there today and that the owner was aware that I worked late. She refused to give me my room key.

Most of it - Run down, but clean, property. Room door were either bashed in or had no working locks, the bathrooms leaked water into the bedroom and the walls move if you knock on them. Very tired and in need of an overhaul. Overpriced for what it was even on an F1 weekend.

Freeway noise, broken front door lock. It was very overpriced due to a large Austin event. However, relative to other hotels that weekend, it was priced according to class.

Door was dented and dead bolt was broken off, staff refused to fix if or switch the room, 2.roaches in the room, something that looked like blood on the wall, they were cleaning the room when I got there I'm not sure they finished cleaning it

The office charges an extra $25 fee for staying over even after I paid online. There is no notice anywhere posted about the charge. I was there for about 4-5 days before I even started getting charged.

Everything was as to be expected. It was clean and they made an effort to keep us comfortable. It wasn't anything luxurious, but met our needs for the weekend and we had a nice stay.
