Over 1 hr to check in not acceptable only one person checking people in also food was ordered but we had to cancel the order due to waiting a very long time and still not receiving any food

The place was nice, but they were quite a few extra charges added to room charge. Housekeeping came to a room at 9:30 in the morning and wanted to know if we were leaving yet but check out is until noon. 😲🤔

The pool area was nice. Lobby area was nice. The rooms were good.

There wasn't a since of urgency in the bar area or breakfast area. Bar: It took the server 26 minutes to take my order, then failed to check in with the table often. Restuarant: Menu was odd and the service was even slower than the bar. Waited over 30 minutes to pay, so I, charged my bill to my room and went to the front counter for a copy of my bill later. Both the bar and restaurant automatically charge you 18% for poor service. Maybe if they removed the automatic 18% the staff might try to earn their tips.

The room was pretty decent, and the parking fees were reasonable.

Breakfast was originally included in the booking, but they gave me just 1 voucher of $15 for each night of my stay, but in the restaurant the average breakfast check per person is about $30. Then the waitress asked me to go to the front desk and ask them to accept that breakfast was included, which at the end they did, but the overall experience was unpleasant because of that.

Took too long to get on WiFi and too long to get heat in the room. Once the tech came to fix it, however, it didn’t take too long for the room to warm up. And that shuttle service to airport didn’t start until 6, when my flight was at 6😠

The price per night is way much higher compared to most of the hotels in the area

The good breakfast and also the rest of the day and night menu in the restaurant are quite good. The staff is very friendly, and the digital key worked just fine. The rooms have lots of space compared to other hotels in the area.

The shuttle was a little late in picking us up from the airport (about 10 mins)

Loved the ease of communication through the Hilton app; we were able to request extra towels, check in and out using the app. The digital key in the app was perfect as well - since I checked in before my roommate, I could easily share the key so they could have access upon entry. The staff was also great; I arrived earlier than planned and they were able to situate me in a room that was available at no extra charge!

For the price I expected it that at least they where better at answering questions or have recommendations, nobody seems to have a clue of anything including their own services. They where rude at times and it wasn’t as clean as it is expected. To be honest I pay less in other places for a better treatment.

Our breakfast was included, but the counter enforced us to get the vouchers on daily basis in the morning time, which was not a good practice for me, I really hate, as if I have paid and I am going to ask breakfast vouchers on Daily basis. Ridiculously BAD.

The bar closes early and it was little overpriced for a lobby bar

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room and comfy bed. It is super well located, near by the airport and connects to the Convention Center and Miami International Merchandise Mart

The restaurants and buffet did not offer a variety of food options. An additional the prices for food and even snack to good prices. Were price to high. Although they offer free shuttle from the hotel. I had to wait at least about an 1 hour and 20 minutes for food he shuttle.

it was clean and nice. it offer a swimming pool, jacuzzi, had a boutique to shop at. Business center & multiple restaurants and a bar. I also like that the receptionist gave me a room on the highest floor. Like I requested!
