    the hotel needs to be updated with the furniture of today, and the walls and hallways they look like you are in a devil's house or spooky looking, with very depressing colors, The hotel did not have a shuttle to the convention center when it was only four blocks away. Had one person who could not walk the s distance and therefore we had to spend more money than needed to get back and forth to the convention center. Advertise for a swimming pool, but did not have one.

    Shower is elevated 6 inches off the ground which creates a tripping hazard when exiting. Shower head is terrible and housekeeping was knocking on door at 815 am

    It's expensive and the bed wasn't that comfortable especially for the price. Not that many amenities either

    Great location if you want to be downtown. Excellent service by all staff. I was there for a conference and the food was really good

    Valet service is a little pricey. For the price they charge (even for a one-night stay) a complimentary breakfast should be included in this day and age, but it isn’t.

    The A/C in our rooms sucked!!! It was uncomfortable. Eating dinner at the lobby was unbearable. I felt so bad for the staff who had to work with how hot it was in the lobby. Luckily your staff have great spirits and didn’t let the heat effect them but my party and I were sweating over our food. Apparently it was a problem throughout the whole hotel. We were only there for 2 nights so it didn’t make sense to complain and then have to move rooms with all the bags we had but when I spoke with front desk they apologized and offered breakfast as we were already leaving. Front desk also said it’s been a problem for a while now. That should have been told to us when we checked in.

    We had dinner Sunday Night at the bar and our server Kendall Davis was AMAZING! He was hilarious, friendly, and just the nicest hard working person! He made the heat inside the hotel bearable, made sure we stayed hydrated and comfortable.

    I had cash to pay for my room but wouldn’t take it. I had to borrow someone’s credit card in order to stay there. not happy

    The price was ridiculous. We've never stayed anywhere rather the price was different every night. The room was only refreshed once in 5 days so there's no excuse for charging over $500 for 1 night.

    The breakfast buffet was good.

    The reception staff were very unhelpful - in particular a lady called Courtney .We arrived after a 10 hour flight from the UK to be told our reservation had been cancelled .She then went off to serve another guest and so obviously did not care about us or our situation . Only when we got booking.com involved did she 'find' the booking and give us our rooms .Not a good first impression !

    The location was fabulous .The beds were spacious and comfortable .The serving staff in the restaurant were lovely and could not do enough to help us .The breakfast was good value for money .

    elevators were shakey and would not always bring you to the floor you wanted to go to. they lost power (caused my one of the elevators) and there were several exit lights out even with generator power. hard to find stairs to get around without power.

    property was close to all the action and walking distance to Broadway which was great.

    Lobby was under construction. Parking was very expensive.

    Location was good. Walking distance to Printers Alley. Room was quiet. Beds comfortable. Staff accommodating and friendly.

    i didn’t like that the valet lost my truck 2 times. they weren’t front about the expenses to stay. was told one price and then I arrived to check in and it cost an extra $200

    Bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. They were out of bottled water in the 24 hour snack/refreshment room. Air conditioner didn’t keep the room very cool.

    Location is great for all of the downtown attractions and Broadway. The hotel is quiet.

    We received a confirmation re check-in time, & then the room wasn’t ready for an hour. We received 3 free drinks in the restaurant, where we had dinner which was very nice, but the mixed drinks were terrible. Was told we had to use all of the drinks at one time. We also were given a $35 voucher as no one had bothered to text us that our room was ready. Staff was very nice tho. Valet car pickup in the morning was very far behind schedule. More staff is needed for parking to accommodate your guests.

    Close to Nissan Stadium for a concert we were attending. Bed was very comfortable, & the area overall was very clean. Staff was professional.

    no pool or hot tub. it said it WAS available when I booked this. there’s no room cleaning and you have to go down and get your own coffee pods from the front desk / and twice! they didnt have any
