I didn’t like how the whole room, smelled like cigarettes and marijuana most of the time, also let one of your employees to wear there mask I wouldn’t mind if it’s off for a while but when a kid came in, the guy wasn’t bothered to wear one, since you know kids developed different immune system so please inform them!.

It was rather comforting the bed was a little nosy, but other than that I slept well.

The motel is absolutely ok for the price. I needed a place near the airport and the E-Z was the cheapest. The facilities were ok, but you don't for example get to buy anything, not even a bottle of water if you need it. The room was medium clean and stank of smoke but that went away after I left the door open for two hours. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and that were the two most important things for me

The property was old and definitely needed some upgrades. It was cheap for the price but the room’s condition is simple too desperate. Electrical wires and cables were not hidden. The bathtub/shower had broken or loosen parts. The bed was not very comfortable and no blanket provided. All we had was a thin sheet of fabric to use as a blanket. The bedsheet was dirty with colored-spots. The tables were not wiped properly since I found them dirty and wiped them myself. The room was repainted but it looked like a terrible paint job. The ceiling had multiple small hooks that I had no idea what for. The hangers provided were also dirty. The sink was not too clean either with drops of paint on the surface. The sink was stained with rust as well. The carpet was not vacuumed well. The alarm clock was not provided. Trains and cars passing by at night so it was noisy. I hope they upgrade the room and provide clean bedsheet + comfortable blanket. Not a throw or a sheet of fabric. Should definitely renovate the bathroom coz the current condition is not great.

Plenty of parking spots. Location is easy to find. The bedroom side has 3 lights which were great. I like a room that is bright. The sink and bathroom lightings are reasonable. Wish the bathroom light was brighter. There was a working fridge and a microwave in the room. The toilet and bathtub/shower were clean but old. One bar of soap was provided along with some old towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Convenient outlets to charge phones. A TV was there but I didn’t use. Had a telephone too.

Ac kept cutting off after 5 minutes wouldn't turn back on for a couple hours after leaving it on fan. Housekeeping never asked to clean the room or new bedding or towels after staying for a week.

All furnishings and flooring were run down and not well cleaned. The floor has soiled stains and the corners of the walls extremely dirty. The light fixtures covered in dust and I saw a roach.I didn’t sleep here; just changed my clothes and showered. There was just not much effort to keep up with the place. Great convenience to freeways and all San Jose has to offer. The staff was friendly and ultra accommodating, and the price was far lower than surrounding lodging. Christian was very nice and the front desk.

The place has roaches. When I got here there were no batteries in the remote for the tv. Right down the way there were folks partying and for an hour, I was woken up with music that was shaking my whole room. So loud I thought the motel was putting on an event. The staff is kind but absoulutly overworked. Also, new manager guy, don't get on your employees' cases when customers are near. Your staff shouldn't be subject to that. Finally, the pool had a skim of some sort on it and the hot tub mentioned in advert is not working. Internet is available but costs extra.

Comfy beds, hot shower. This room has a microwave and refrigerator. Woman at front desk was awesome, good customer service/interaction. The pool might have had a skim but we still got in, and enjoyed ourselves. Nice desk for me to work from, and I dig the hanging lights on chains. More interesting than the typical floor or desk lamps. Two large mirrors most hotels I have been to have one tiny mirror. Good amount of closet space for extended stay. Carpet is nice, and they don't mind pets. I got a good night's sleep.
