The bathroom’s could be updated they are looking a little worn out. The lavatory faucet needs to be replaced it was not working correctly.

The breakfast was really good. The bar area is really nice. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing.

Wasn't too impressed with the dinner options (no kids options). I called the front desk and got an automated recording that asked what I needed. I asked for extra pillows for the pullout and they never delivered them. Called again, same automation, asked once more and still never received the pillows. Would be nice to be able to speak to a human to ensure they received my "orders". Also, the hotel has parking and yet we still had to pay an additional $23 just to park there or $29 for valet service. Seemed a bit steep.

Loved having the happy hour with two free drinks and snacks. The breakfast was great as well. Loved that the pool stayed open until 11 and that it opened early as well. It was nice having valet parking.

There was a chair in my room, there was a staple or nail sticking out so my daughter got a cut on her hand and I got a cut on my finger but I moved it to the side and let someone know. But they didn't seem to want to help or care. That was my only downside to the visit

To be cleaner. The room did not feel clean especially the tile floor. The corners had a build up of dirt in the corners . The entrance needed vacuuming more than once. Bad first impression.

the breakfast was not of quality food unless you got a made to order omelet. That line was too long to wait for. The coffee did not taste good either. The floor was so badly greasy , it was a safety hazard.

Extra cost for parking, and self park is behind the hotel across the street. The hotel is showing its age, the sofa bed is awful! We had to stack the sofa cushions on the bed for anyone to sleep on it.

Close to Omaha Zoo, and grocery in 8 miles. Great staff, usual Embassy breakfast and cocktail hour (made to order eggs and pancakes), and friendly staff. Right in the Old Market area, lots of restaurants and gift shopping.

The neighborhood was nice and provided great diversity. However the amount of street dwellers was alarming and causing us ti stay in more than planned.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Complimentery breakfast was great for a rising family. Room was as advertised and clean.

There was a lot of Middle School aged kids running around rampant with no supervision. Lots of tag and going up and down elevators without being supervised.

The food and everything is great. The rooms are very nice. It would be nice if there was a little more choice on the free drinks for the happy hour.
