We were three adults, two kinds and an infant and we arrived after 09:00 p.m. after a long, difficult drive under a snow storm. The front desk person was not at her post but at the eating area, We had no idea that she could be the person to check us in as there was no indication of that, We unloaded the car, ate some food we had brought in with us while we waited for someone to be behind the desk when to our surprise, the person sitting next to us, was the person who finally checked us in.

The hotel was at a very convenient location for us. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfying and the swimming pool area was most enjoyed.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Neal, at the front reception, was very courteous and helpful. He even delivered a bottle of body wash to our room as it was missing in our room at the time of check in. The breakfast is excellent with lots of food choices, and eggs & sausage/bacon, and a variety of fresh fruits every day. The gentleman on duty on Dec 28/2022 was particularly dedicated and refilled all food and beverage very efficiently. The ladies in the breakfast area were all very pleasant.

The front desk lady, Teresa was such a joy, she really brightens the place. The coolest part was they had the option to sign in to streaming services you already subscribe to right on the home menu of the TV, without paying for enhanced internet speed. Also get A couple premium subs for free.

Overall felt overpriced for the condition of the hotel. Bed and pillows not the comfiest. Hot tub was shut down. We booked for four people but only had 3 sets of towels, shower gel ran out after first day of our stay.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was adequate. Standard continental breakfast with a variety of foods. Convenient location. Hotel offered a "happy hour" from 4-6 with complimentary beer, wine and snacks. Could log into Netflix and other streaming services on the TV. Overall it was fine, but wouldn't rush to stay here again.

curtains blew as they were to long and hanging in front of a/c. we had to use clips we had to hold curtains together to block the light coming in. Trash in parking lot.

Very clean room, friendly staff, clean indoor facilities, comfortable bed, WiFi was good and location was off main road so quiet enough.
