The pool was small. The first room we stayed at the bathroom didn’t have one of those stopper inside the shower so there was water everywhere when we took a shower.

Property was clean.. the room that we stayed was clean. Overall everything is pretty much clean.

I didn't like that the indoor pool wasn't heated, so if you visited anytime outside of summer you won't get to enjoy it.

The room was generally clean. The important stuff, i.e. beds, toilet, sink, and shower, were very clean. The room just was not maintained well otherwise. Peeling wallpaper, mystery stains that left shdows on the wallpaper. Blotches of who knows what on the ceiling. Brown stains on the curtains. Shower wall separating from the main wall.

The staff was amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Perfect location near a lot of shopping, variety of restaurants, and attractions.

The bathroom could use some improvement. It wasn’t as clean as it could be, with minor broken tiles and small droplets appearing to come from the bathroom vent. An update and better maintenance would enhance both its appearance and cleanliness.

The hotel is located 35-40 minutes from ATL Airport during off-peak hours and without traffic. The staff were professional and friendly, and they provided a warm welcome upon check-in. Nearby, there are several decent restaurants just a few feet from the hotel. The morning breakfast was just ok, no variety, but it was well-cooked and covered an ok breakfast The rooms were clean, with fresh bedsheets and a variety of TV options, including Netflix, live channels, Max, and YouTube. The hotel has clearly invested in noise-proofing, as we didn’t experience any disturbing noise from neighboring rooms or above. The snack bar at the reception was reasonably priced, so grateful that they are not inflated costs like you will find in other hotels. Overall, we had a great stay and felt safe throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I was on first floor and first room . I was awoken all 3 mornings with folks going out door. I did not like not being able to open curtains. folks walked right pass window and at night I did feel slight discomfort with windows at parking lot.

Housekeeping. On 2nd day of my stay I requested to make up room on 3rd day. On 3rd day morning I reminded again. It was not done at all. No room cleaning or top up mini bar for my full 3 nights stay. This is very bad.

It was hard to even out the AC. We were either freezing or hot. We toggled between 74 degrees and 76.... turning it off altogether, then turning it back on. We just couldn't get a nice comfortable setting.

I didn't like that I booked for two nights and they came to put me out after the first night because they checked me out by accident. That was a bit frustrating.

The room was great. Aside from not being able to log into the streaming services because of the Internet connection, the room was clean and comfy.
