Didn’t have coffee maker in room as advertised,hair dryer, hand/bath soap, refrigerator didn’t work item’s were not cold by morning!! Recommend fixing these problems!

The room had a very fowl order and I had to wait for the house keeper to clean another room for you .I paid for the room for 2 nights but I couldn't get there until the following day. I stayed one night. Also I noticed as I was leaving I seen a couple of Roaches.

cockroaches, 16 of them, just the few hours we stayed there. unfortunately the staff said that they had sprayed that morning but then the room should have not been offered to the guests if cockroaches are going to be sleeping with us. we weren’t able to be given another room because they said they were full and only a smoking room was available and i had two kids and nobody smokes in our company.

House keeper was not professional she literally came in room wiped away a couple or roaches I killed in the desk top but did not sweep up the roaches I killed on the floor! Nor did she change bed linens nor did she vacuum the floor she said she only had a broom to sweep with the towels were dirty.

Someone shook the door knob as they walked by, it just made us feel uneasy. Florence is a sketchy place, so we were already on our toes. It is on the outskirts of town so not as bad as other motels. Definitely not as bad as the other place we stayed at a few years back where they were breaking into cars right in front of us. There was only 1 towel in the room, and the room had 2 beds so they should have had atleast 2 towels minimum. Someone did drop off 1 more towel while we were gone (we didn't ask for it), so they just came in the room when we weren't there. Room smelled heavily of cigarette Smoke. The clothes we had smelled like that when we left too. I honestly don't understand why some places let people smoke in the rooms, it's just gross and the smell never goes away. Overall, we would stay there again for 1 night if we were in the area because it was only $100 even though it was a holiday weekend.

Price was great, staff were very friendly. Easy check in. They have a bar/grill on site, I didn't get to visit that because we only stayed 1 night. They're pet friendly and that's very hard to find. We did keep our dog crated the whole time because they have carpet and not hard floors. Carpet looked clean and the TV had alot of channels. A/c was super cold and worked great. The lobby was very nice and welcoming, but it did smelled like heavy cigarette smoke, maybe because of the bar?

No breakfast, fried food from the bar and only at night. The room was still under renovation (at least I hope it was). The bathroom still had the blue painters tape up from a recent bad wall repair. The bathroom vent did not work, the grout in the shower was a challenge to ignore, the sink hot water handle attachment nut was completely disconnected and I wasn't able to use it without reattaching and tightening it. The floor tile in the dressing area was damaged and very unsafe to bare feet. The entry door was so scummy it could have been scraped off with a brick, and yes I do have pictures. Next time (if there is a next time) I will insist on a room inspection prior to moving the first piece of baggage.

It is right off the highway and really close to Florence. The reservation went super easy no hassles at all. Checkout was the same hassle free experience. The price was really affordable. They had a good looking pool and bar area. It was really quiet at night and had lots of hot water in a recently renovated shower area. I liked the shower tile and overall room design. The big screen TV and lots of space in the room was a welcome relief from travel. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

Pool wasn’t open :(. Had to call front desk because someone in their car was playing rap music loud and woke us up! I was still awake when I heard the car pull off after I called the front desk. By the time “the staff” or whoever they sent came to investigate, the car was long gone. I heard the staff outside discussing the complaint of noise and how there was no noise, yeah because by the time someone came to investigate, the noise rap music makers( thankfully) had already left! I did not open my door to let the staff know, I wasn’t dressed and just went back to bed. That was not the only offense that night, but I just decided it wasn’t worth reporting due to response time. I only got about 5 hours of sleep! Not a happy experience.

Goos location for our trip purpose, good value, decent room.

I’ve should’ve looked at the reviews before staying here. but once my bf and I were settled into the room we noticed the roaches. they started to get worst throughout the night. I woke up early and tried to request a refund but fair enough I did call a little too late since it was like 4 or 5am. called the front desk and whoever answered told me to call back at 9am since it was only the nightshift. I went up to the front desk at 9am and explained what was happening in the room and to request a refund was told I had to go through a whole process with booking.com since I’ve booked with them. but then I just didn’t want to go through those troubles so I upgraded to a jacuzzi room (I inspected before upgrading) and was literally going through the same thing as I was with the first room. i eventually got fed up and checked out without even staying the next day.
