Rude and unaccommodating person at check-in and check-out. They gave me a dark, dingy room that was under a carport with a window that looked directly at the employee’s car. If I opened the window, I could touch the car. Room was dark with no natural light. I was on a work trip, working remote, and had to work in a dingy, dark room for four days. I had added Sunday night to my stay, but the check-in person would not accommodate giving me one room, so that I would not have to pack all my belongings up again and move rooms. She then gave me the worst room when there were obviously other rooms available. No grass or pet area for dogs to go potty.

Good water pressure in shower. Cleaning people provided more towels while I was out.

I submitted a bad review they said that they would give me a $20 credit if I withdrew the review which they never did and they didn't get the security deposit back either which I had to dispute with my credit card company .

you have to request for cleaning and if they call and you don't answer they won't clean what are you supposed to do when you are out and about and you don't answer the phone very poor quality .

I told them I have a broken femur and I needed a first floor unit but I was given a second floor unit with no elevator and no help to carry my bags up the stairs to the second floor .

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the location or the property.

First of all, it was very quiet and it was very clean. We really liked the set up of the room. It was very spacious actually, and it was central to so many different places around it. My mom was having surgery so I wanted her closer to the location and to be able to rest there afterwards. This place was perfect!! Honestly, it was just really quiet which really impressed me and it was very clean.

The bed could've been a little more comfortable, and I wish they had extra pillows in the room besides the two on the bed. However, not a deal breaker. I'd definitely stay here again!

It was very easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Found out they're pet friendly which is a huge plus for the price! I was solo traveling, so the size of my room was perfect for me!

A kettle for boiling water would have been nice. Also the bathtub/shower was a bit slippery.

Great location near the highway, several restaurants and a supermarket. Nonetheless relatively quiet, but I guess that also depends on the specific room you get. Also very close to Hollywood. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and quite new. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. What we particularly liked was that the car park and the whole premises were well lit, which made us feel safe as there are no dark corners. When we first got to the motel during the day, it seemed a bit run down, but it really isn’t as management seems to have recently changed and they are doing a great job running the place.

Wish there was a do not disturb sign so we could skip out on maid services. If there was a safe in the room, maybe I’d be okay with not having a do not disturb sign, but we had to take literally everything of value with us during this stay since there was no way of stopping anyone from walking in

The staff are not the most hospitable. Not rude, but a bit abrupt. When I asked for 2 extra bath towels, I got a raised eyebrow, and was reminded that there were already 2 bath towels in my room. However they complied. There is no alarm clock in the room. When I asked for a wake up call, I was initially told that they don’t do wake up calls. I had to speak to the manager who vaguely confirmed that it would be possible for me to get a wake up call. Ultimately I did get a prerecorded wake up call. The bed was rock hard. I like a firm mattress, but it was truly too hard. The decor in the room is bleak, save some odd light fixture above the bed that indirectly glowed red. It’s optional and can be turned off. I thought it was sort of cool, and left it on as I fell asleep. This room reminded me of places I stayed as I travelled through 3rd world Central America. But much cleaner.

Super convenient location, just off the 2 freeway. Easy and plentiful parking. Quiet and clean. Good selection of cable tv channels. The water pressure in the shower was good, hot water was plentiful. The air conditioner worked very well. They allow pets at no extra charge! My cat enjoyed her stay 😊. This is a rarity. 99% of lodging options in Los Angeles charge extra for pets. And the ones that do accept pets only allow dogs, but never cats. I genuinely appreciated this! This makes this Motel 6 a gem!

One room was not clean and had bugs crawling in the restroom that came out to the room. One room was far away from the other two rooms.

King size beds were great. Two out of three rooms were nice and clean. One room had a small balcony.
