There was an issue with 2 rooms. One was fixable so I did. The other not. Was given a different room and it was better. Didn’t ask for it but given a discount.

The evening staff I dealt with were excellent. Helpful in every way.

Breakfast area was underwhelming. Had people hanging out outside their rooms in lawn chairs... even at 3 am.

Rooms are unheated until you go into them, lobby is VERY fragrant and we found the breakfast food and coffee have the same fragrance, no coffee in room

It has been renovated but there are still some areas that aren’t finished. The carpet is new and the place is kept very, very clean.

Get location right off the freeway but quiet. Located near many beautiful parks and preserves. Lots to do like hike, fish and bird watch. Hunting areas, although I’m not hunter. The indoor pool is well maintained and awesome. The gym doubled as a storage area for linen but the treadmills worked fine. Breakfast was hot and good for a 2 star motel. Room service was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. All appliances in the room worked except the brand new lamps had the wrong light bulbs in them so they sometimes wouldn’t turn on.

It was extremely noisy at night, when other guests arrived. Even if they had their rooms far away from ours, it sounded as if they were almost in our room. Also, the staff could have been more helpful, when we asked for recommendations about restaurants in the area.

This comment is nothing that Greenlight Inn and Suites has any control over but we made several trips between St. James and Rolla and there is currently major roadwork being done on I-44 causing delays.

It was clean and has been refurbished. We noticed lots of accommodations for disabled people such as a lift for indoor pool which is nice. Considering it is right off I-44 I thought we might hear traffic but the property was very quiet.

This is not really the fault of the property, but though the property is smoke free, people were smoking on the sidewalk outside the room , and the smell came into the room.

Location to the interstate; very quiet; easy check to n and out; very polite and helpful staff!

Bugs, gnats, or something, in the bathtub. Could hardly close the bathroom door cause it would drag on the floor. Lighting over sink isn't enough.Bathroom faucet needs to be replaced, and it sprays badly.

Coffee pot, not just single servings on the coffee in the room. Fridge larger than most in rooms. Ironing board with iron. Blow dryer.

Not deluxe, but clean, comfortable. Park next to 1st floor rooms for easy access. Better than average breakfast. Country Bob restaurant 1 mile away has good food at good prices. Nice town.

The cheapest place I stayed in the two weeks I was in the area but the quality of the building and room were as good as or better than the more expensive places I stayed at. The staff were helpful.
