Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room was clean. The furniture was old and needs to be replaced. They were out of hangers. I backed two times for some. I never got any. I was able to hang my clothes.

The hotel was nice and clean. Although there was an issue with my booking. I had booked through Booking.com for two queen beds, however this is not how the reservation appeared on their hotel database. He asked to see my reservation and he stated he would change it "this time" for me this. I am not sure what the miscommunication was between booking.com and the hotel.

United StatesNeeds updating. The a/c cutting on and off was very very loud and woke us up every time. Furniture old. The cabinet the refrigerator was in needs to be updated. The door was wore out and would not stay closed. Fan in bathroom did not work. I had to clean the hair dryer cause it hadn't been wiped down in forever and had gunk all over it.
Overall quiet. It was clean. Staff very nice. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

United StatesComfort Inn was perfect for our long NYE weekend! It is about 3 miles from downtown and super accessible from the freeway. The staff at check-in was warm and welcoming. The breakfast provided was nice enabling us to have something before departing the hotel. The hotel is very plain, not super updated, but the price for the value was great! It worked well for us when we just needed a place to sleep. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling into the area.

United StatesMy issue was my sister fell, she stumbled going up the ramp.. No one at the front desk offered to help us and no one checked to see if she was hurt. The next morning I let the lady know my sister fell and may have to be checked out at the hospital. She smiled and shooked her head. She didn't say can I get your name or I'm sorry for what happened.. I was shocked because I've never experienced that..
