Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe property is very outdated and is due for a makeover. I know that this property accepts pets but the room was overbearing with the smell of animals seeping through the carpet. You could tell the bathrooms have been remodeled in the past few years but the rest of the room had patched up areas and stains all underneath the curtains that cover the balcony. The pillows were also have small and very flat.
The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

United KingdomThe breakfast room is not inviting. Chairs & tables are all over the place, it looks like everyone scrambled for a fire alarm. Also tables were not cleaned between users. A greater effort to promote local attractions would be appreciated.
Well located but not as close to sea as anticipated. Efficient check-in. Room ok with modernised bathroom. Helpful staff. Great for shopping at Walmart across the road.

United StatesI didn’t like the rude front desk clerk. I had called before arriving to the hotel to ask if I could check in then and was told yes. When I arrived i was told I couldn’t check in. Nonetheless I was able to get into my room before 4pm. Just too much shenanigans. I was really unhappy about the “ring” apparatus looking device next to the door/bathroom of my room. When I asked the fro desk I was told it is a sensor for the ac unit, or the balcony - didn’t make sense since we didn’t have a balcony. She said maybe it was for the ADA room, but it wasn’t. The device was extremely creepy and made my daughter and I a bit uneasy.

United StatesThe water pressure in the shower was weak and the shower head was in need of replacement. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom to remove steam from showering. The doors to the lanai needed to be re-aligned to close properly. The outside traffic noise was very loud with the doors and windows closed.
Overall the property was clean and the room was kept up. The location was nice and close to shopping if necessary and plenty of locations to dine within walking distance.

United StatesI had previously asked via email about my dog and the fees and was told there would be no fee; yet when I arrived i was charged $75 for my dog and then $10 for parking. I should the guy the email I received indicating this & was told by him that since the person who sent me the email did not write a complete sentence, he could not honor the email. That is a bunch of crap to be honest. For some reason, that man did not appear to know what he was doing as he was checking me in under the wrong reservation as well. Hannah was polite and welcoming, but that other guy left me with a bad experience especially saying that it wasn't his fault that the person didn't write a complete sentence...
