Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWhen I first got to my room i found trash under the little cubes in the rooms. I think parking fee is ridiculous. Ive stayed with you guys before and that wasn't a thing. The pool was cloudy and the first morning there we had to walk over to another hotel for breakfast.

We liked that they allowed us to enter our rm early. The rm itself was very roomy & big it was very comfortable for 5 adults I believe it would have been comfortable for 1 or 2 more persons. I forgot my toothbrush n they politely brought me one. The hotel was really clean & it smelled clean also. I’d definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone.

United Statesour room was horrible ! The bathroom was dirty the shower was dirty , there where no clean sanitized towels in the room available for us . I had to call for towels ! the front desk lady brought the towels up with no gloves on which is unsanitary. The covers and sheets had a smell to them also the decor in the room was outdated. upon checking out the room the housekeeper just walk in without knocking which totally invaded my privacy. He’s trained to knock & announce which he didn’t do ! I will never book here again… Worst stay ever in America…
