There was a strong smell of marijuana as we got off the elevator to the 2nd floor that continued throughout the night.

I stayed on the 2nd floor and for 2-3 days I can smell some people smoking marijuana, especially in the hall way which I didn't like.

I really like this hotel, location close to city, especially near my brother's house. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

I didn't know parking was additional. I've stayed at this hotel numerous times before. This was the first time I had to pay for parking.

The breakfast and location were good. The staff was kind and I appreciate the amenities provided. I enjoy the hot water when it's so cold outside. The heater in the room was a little wonky, but when it worked, it was great.

The property was undergoing renovations. There were construction noises and smells and someone lost the key to the elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up and down stairs. Maybe it would have been good, if the hotel was closed for the duration of the work or at least a significant discount was given. There are a lot of homeless people in the area.

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The size of the rooms was good and the facilities were in good order ... except for the parts that were under repair/renovation (see below). The breakfast was good, and the wifi fast.

The room were very clean and well laid out. Loved the little fitness center, and the staff was the best. Breakfast good too! I am sure construction will be done by the next visit. Even with construction, the room was peaceful and quiet.

Everything was fine. There were three firealarms that went off very early in the morning. Would have appreciated direction from the front desk staff about what to do. There was confusion.

We have stayed here a few times, however, this was the first time we were charged $20 to park overnight! With the remodeling occurring during our recent stay, large dumpsters were in the parking area, therefore, parking was limited.

The property was undergoing remodeling and parking was limited, however, our room and the breakfast buffet were very good.

Small flies in the bathroom, room was pretty dated. Found flossers on the floor behind one of the dressers. Construction was going on so I had to use the side entrance to access my room. Also the pool was not available due to some part being missing. I would not consider it to be in a walking friendly area. Gym is very basic and cardio focused.

Staff gave us tip that second floor had been updated. We were there only one night to get in short visit with relatives. Like anything in Sacramento need GPS to travel anywhere.

we were upgraded to a. dry large King room as Hilton Honors members. Room very clean and had enough room to set up a pen for our cat. Staff very friendly and professional.

I wasn't a fan of having to pay for parking. I would have appreciated having decaf coffee available. The one male at the desk was not particularly welcoming.
