We had to run the water awhile until it became warm. Not a lot of pressure, but it’s an older facility - understandable. Had a nice ceiling fan, which could use a light as the room is a bit dark.

Location! Right across the street to Pagosa Hot Springs pools. Close to restaurants. Bed was very comfy. I want to buy the sheets! (Where can I find them!?). So soft! Has a hot springs pool & tub. Alondra is so nice & helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Welcoming and friendly reception staff. Enjoyed some conversations with them. Useful recommendation for restaurant. Tried the indoor hot springs - a new experience for me. Glad I experimented.

The room had everything we needed. The pool was fabulous; it was the perfect temperature to just hang out, or to swim! And the hot tub was wonderful for sore muscles!

Furniture in room did not match booking, brochure they hand out says pools are for guests of the resort only from 8-11 am which is also inaccurate. Rowdy family with kids in pool weekend afternoon.

Sparkling clean rooms, outdoor pool and hot tub was very nice. Friendly and helpful staff.

The floor in the room was nuts and the bathroom could use an upgrade. It was pretty warm in the room despite fans.

The pool and jacuzzi were awesome. The staff couldn't be nicer. Beds were comfortable.

This is a very mid-level hotel, but everything was very comfortable, clean, and well laid out. The location is across the street from the larger hot springs resort in the area and a short walk from downtown. The hot springs were amazing, and the facilities were very clean and enjoyable. We would definitely come back.

Although some of the resort was a little dated, the staff and quality of the pools made up for it.

The temperature of the water and cleanliness were excellent, and the staff was terrific. We felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in the door.

No microwave, rooms were hot even though outside was cool the rooms had no way to regulate temp with no a/c. Spas were booked up by individuals not staying at the resort.

Property needs some renovation. The main hotel building is old and needs upgrading. The hot springs amenities could also use some TLC.

Enormous geothermal pool. Nice hot mineral pool . The cabins are cool. Nice place to go to if you don't want to deal with large crowds at the Pagosa Hot Springs. Was great to go here during COVID.

Still too dangerous to walk around in winter. Slippery and cold.

Healing hot springs. Courteous staff. Good towels and soaps/ shampoo. Comfortable spaces- suits if you’re staying for a few days.

I thought it would be nice if there was a breakfast buffet, or similar, available. Due to few rooms and its popularity it is very difficult to book a stay. Book three months or more early if you can. If you book on short notice and actually get a room you are fortunate.

My room was surprisingly large and it was nicely furnished, but not lavish. It was clean. The heat is radiated hot water from the springs. Natural heat, like Iceland! It works well. Some might find the fan for the radiator loud. It sounded like it might need service or replacement. The natural hot baths are the hotel's main attraction and they are as advertised. Watch it out there. There are plenty of slippery areas.

Older building so every step or move above us was very loud and actually shakes the beds. It made it difficult to sleep. Also, the bed frames are metal and we all hurt our shins multiple times.

Huge room size and you can park right in front. Very clean and comfortable beds. Great for kids who want to enjoy the hot springs multiple times thru the day. Close to the Hippy Dippy Springs as well (pro tip - go in the morning!) and within walking distance of the main shops/bakery/restaurants and the park.
