Very convenient needed room selling home moving out of state wish that the price of nightly was more than I expected so going g to have to find a better deal for 7 to 10 days more in roseville area then I will need nightly room as I travel state to state

Day of leaving had a fussy baby and trying to get everything loaded up but had to keep tending to my one month old who was struggling with keeping formula down due to a sensitive tummy and allergies, a rash from diapers due to sensitive skin, a rash under neck due reaction from spitting up & vomiting from formula. Anyways… rough morning checking out and staff knocked on door to see if we’re checking out I told them yes but running behind due to baby and sleeping in after being kept up most the night. I continued loading my car and tending to baby and 4 year old when we got a call from the front desk asking how much longer I gave her an estimated time and she said she’ll have to charge an extra day and I said if that’s what she needs to do that is fine and she had a rude tone but talking on the phone was only holding me up longer so I told her not much I can do about it. When I was finished and went to the office I walked in on her gossiping about us to the staff over the phone. Complaining about how long we’re taking and how she told us she was going to have to charge us so I chimed in and told her “and I said that was fine, do what you need to do”. Very rude, unprofessional woman that we dealt with twice and both times left us not wanting to come back. Considering the cock roaches we came across each time we stayed there I didn’t really see what she was all stuck up for. I could see if it were a fancy, well kept hotel but it was not so the attitude was a bit misplaced

Covid Era paper bag breakfast -but, it looks like renovations to the dining area are nearly done.

The white washed Spanish colonial ached walk ways were very attractive and unusual. All the staff had been incredibly kind.

People in the morning was very rude would not give me a receipt and they had no breakfast. No coffee. No nothing wouldn’t stay there again.

I was charged a $100.00 deposit even though the information here states it is $70.00. After I checked out my credit card was charged an additional $40.00 because they stated there was damage. When I asked what damage I was told the towels were stained with blood. No one was bleeding. The only “damage” was some chocolate got on the sheets. They hadn’t had time to wash them so how do the know it was stained. Also even if one flat sheet wouldn’t be $40.00. Also why wasn’t the $40.00 taken from deposit and not make an additional charge that caused an additional hold on my account? All the money I saved using Booking.com was taken from me with this bogus damage.

Bathroom was in horrible shape, looked like the ceiling was going to cave in at any minute, no safety bars to get into and out of the sunk in bath tub, maid service didn’t clean room while we were out during the day, which means that we didn’t have clean towels or extra coffee for the maker.

The location was convenient for both my husband and I who were traveling for work.

The linen on the bed was very thin. They had a sheet on top of a thin blanket for covers. Thankfully I keep a comforter in the back of my suv. It was cold. Also the toilet had burn marks. I always bring my own toilet seat covers anyway.

The beds were so hard, i could barely move the next day. Also the maids were so loud chatting to each other early in the morning.

Had to use a washcloth in the drain to take a bath as the stopper didn't work. No rubber stopper was provided. The tub was old and worn with the calk needing to be replaced. The floors were very cold/with no rugs etc... My room was not carpeted. The Coffee pot was broken with pieces inside the coffee pot so I wasn't able to have my morning coffee without walking clear across the complex to get free coffee in the lobby. The rooms are old and worn but for the location and price, it was to be expected. I had hoped the rooms would have been kept up better. They charge you to check in early or to have a 1 hr later checkout.

Parking was right outside my door and the beds were comfy. No one bothered me.

Housekeeping always knocking once then entering without a chance to say "just a minute". My son was approached 3xs from people trying to sell him drugs. Some things never change, I think the garbage out by the pool was there 10 years ago. Breakfast was still in a bag lol. No bed bugs in the poolside room.

The pillows were like bags of rocks bring your own. Floor in bathroom not the cleanest. But in this day and age you get what you pay for. But overall not bad for the price paid

Tub/shower, too deep of a step to get/out and the tile floor in the bathroom is an extreme slipping hazard, towels only changed once and they felt like sandpaper.

There were loud people outside the rooms. Children running around outside until 11:30 pm to midnight. My daughter was scared of going out of our room to get our things. It was not a pleasant stay. The other room had no carpet and a bug crawled into my son's bag. Freaked him out. The "security guard" was not helpful. Waved us to the office to get a parking permit. He didn't want to get up from his chair and just loudly told us to " go there". It was affordable for 5 people, but we will never want to stay at that place again.

Breakfast was ok. But the location was horrible. I did like the bed, it was firm and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious.

the toilet wasn't very clean...the bathroom faucet was loose/spins around; you can see the ratty attic door access panel.

friendly front desk got us settled quickly at 10pm on 2nd floor; good AC; security was good with a live guard in the evening (because the neighborhood feels sketchy)
