We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The canned beer was flat, the steak tips served with my caprese salad were very tough, the three slices of tomato in my caprese salad were pale and tasteless, and only two slices of mozzarella in my salad. Would not recommend this restaurant.
My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Very happy with the room. Front desk and all other personnel very friendly and helpful. Sat at the bar in the onsite restaurant and service was excellent.

United StatesA few minor things, we didn't know there was a dog area until the 2nd day so maybe just letting people know where it's located. The fridge in the rooms are more of a chiller than an actual fridge. If you have dairy or anything that needs to be kept refrigerated then the fridge won't be of any help. We had to use a cooler and keep it filled with ice the 3 nights we were there. Lastly the coffee maker was very small, and it made small cups of coffee that weren't really useful for us even though we brought our own coffee pods.
The hotel was very nice, staff was great and they even gave us a doggie bag for our pups! Very clean, rooms were nice size.

United StatesThere was some inconvenience due to parking lot improvements, but these could not be helped, are temporary, and did not cause us any major problems.
We (2 adults-1 with disability- and 2 large dogs) stayed from 9/14 to 9/15 and every member of staff was wonderful! Prices were very reasonable and the room was spotless. I will absolutely be returning in the future.

United StatesBreakfast, you have to pay for, for some reason. Every other Hilton I've stayed at has had breakfast included. This by no means was a bad thing.
The hotel was very clean and overall had a very nice stay that we decided to stay there another night vs. finding another hotel near where we were going. The staff was friendly and very accommodating when we decided to extend. Overall, I'd say this was a very good place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it based on all aspects of the stay.
