You’re not gonna find conditioner and lotion along w your shampoo, and that’s okay. But I nearly fell back out of that one chair because it’s a recliner type, but then it swung WAAAAY backward. The black plastic was also peeling everywhere. When I brought that up w the desk, got told “they’re all like that.” Breakfast was bagels and white bread and there was a stick of butter and a jar of peanut butter, coffee with little portions of half-n-half but no milk, a juice machine in the next room but no fruit or any other snack. This was a $130 room in a 2 star hotel near the other 2 star hotel that was $90-something. I picked this one because it had better ratings, but I don’t get what I was paying so much money for.

Clean enough. The bed was good. Nice staff. Felt safe.

The exterior was run-down. We drove past it since the sign was small and old we couldn't see. It didn't look safe (but we didn't have any incident with our car or us). We booked 2 rooms and each was equipped differently. The other had a fridge; ours didn't, etc. There was a sign on the reception counter saying that they would charge $1.50 per day for the safe but when I mentioned that for a refund, the reception didn't even know about it.

The room was big. There was enough space for us to pack/unpack our luggage.

The patio needed a sheer curtain behind the drape so that we can open the drape and still have some cover. One of the lights went out but we were still able to see. The handles on the faucets needed tightening, just minor items

The room was clean and free from odors, the bathroom was clean. We had an upstairs room as requested. Although the breakfast was a continental breakfast everything was in neat order clean and fresh, no expired items. Coffee was fresh. The sheets were clean, they gave us extra towels without a problem.

As we came it was already dark outside and to be honest whole place felt a bit scary. The hotel is old and used, but did a good job for the money. The worst for me was the smell of marihuana and some kind of bleach.

The hotel is quite near to New York Stewart International Airport. Although accomodation was pretty cheap and dated, we got breakfast with some coffee, tea and granola bar. I wouldn't expect that for the money we paid. Also the housekeeping did a really good job, as the room was cleaned well.

The room was smelly. It was very humid and the carpet felt wet. Also, there were bugs … ants were coming into the room.

The bed was comfortable. The service desk people were okay. The best service was provide by the room service ladies.

The bedding and hallway smell

Stayed for two nights had a connecting flight. The hotel leading up lobby and the hallway had a stale smell. The rooms were basic and clean. The bedding were worn out the fabric had bubbles on the it. Makes the bed feels rough as if there is crumbs in the bed

Room and bed were ok. Breakfast was bad and too poor. They should include some more food better service. I got to the breakfast area and only got an English muffin and a cup of coffee. Family with children did not get anything to eat. I asked for some egg and more muffin they told us they're no more.

I like the location and freindly people. The room was fine for one or two nights.
