The mattress protector on the pull out couch looked it was peed on. I called down and wait for clean sheets. They never came up. When I went down to pick up a pizza I ordered I asked them about when they where coming up and they handed me the sheets and mattress protector. Really I don't work here.

I like the fact that it is close to the army base.

I didnt like how I had to switch room that was for a handicap person

The room that was assigned to me the bed sheets was dirty. told the front desk they gave me another room which was handicap was not appreciative to that.

I had a roach dead in my first room, the receptionist changed us immediately to another room. Our last night there, there were lady bugs flying all over the place.

They were short cleaning staff. The staff would knock around 10 if you were still in the room they would never come back. Due to my schedule this happened multiple times.

I reserved a room with two queen beds, I got a king bed in a handicap accessible room that it was difficult to take a shower since everything was on the same level and rhe whole floor would be wet and slippery.

First off, my family and I came for my sons graduation. Family day was Oct 6@12 , check in at the Hotel is not until 3, so we went straight to the base to be with my son. Family Day ended at 7pm, but we dropped him off around 6:30, and arrived at the Hotel around 6:45pm. I get to the front desk, give the lady my information, she pulls me up, (I reserved my room through Booking.com September 19) I fill out my paperwork, give her my card, she gives me my room keys and we go to our room. We get to the room, the door is almost impossible to open, but we finally get in, once we get in the room, we see a king size bed. I reserved a room for 2 full beds. I go back downstairs to tell the lady that the room has a king bed, but I reserved a room with 2 full beds. She tells me that it shows 1 king on her side. I show her my confirmation that clearly states that I reserved a standard room with 2 full beds. She said she didn’t see it. So I got my phone back and pointed to the 2 fulls beds and showed it to her. She then tells me, that a standard room means 1 king bed, 😳Really ma’am. Then she tells me , we’ll all I can do is give you a roll away bed. So I go back to the room and we have no complimentary items in the bathroom. No hand soap, no lotion, etc. So I call the front desk and tell the lady, she tells me that the shower gel and hair conditioner is for everything, and sends 1 very small bottle of lotion for my family. Ok.😳So we go to sleep, wake up the next morning, try to iron our clothes and the iron does not work. So we call the front desk @ 6:30am, because we are getting ready for breakfast, and graduation @10am, she tells that we need to wait until 9:30 when house keeping comes in, we tell her that we won’t be here at that time, and she tells us, “Then I don’t know what to tell you”😳Really ma’am. We paid $150.00 for one night for a standard, 2 full bed room.

The bathroom toilet had a black ring stain as it hasn't been clean in days or months... The shower gels were empty as it hasn't been refilled in quite some time. The Iron in the room didn't work so I called the front desk for another only to find out the Iron water reservoir doesn't hold the water. I didn't and can't say much about the hotel breakfast but living in Hawaii, Japan, or Korea to name a few hotel breakfasts would put this one to shame...

One thing I did appreciate was that the area was quiet... Don't remember hearing any noise from emergency vehicle or cars passing by the hotel...

Knowing we would be driving through Columbus Georgia, we reserved the room earlier that day. For $171, we expected to have our room comfortable after a long drive, leaving from southern Florida earlier that day. When we got into the room, the air conditioner did not work. We went back to the front desk and they had nothing else available for us not that time. At their request, we went to get something to eat, which gave them time to find us a replacement room, which they did. However, the room conditions were less than what we originally had in our king room and there was no offer of compensation for the lesser room.

Did not stand up to Holiday Inn Express usual quality. 1st room had stream of ants crawling across ceiling. 2nd room smelled funky. Requested air freshener (was so tired just couldn’t move again) it helped, but by morning had to spray again. Sheets were nubby, too old. Slid all over mattress. Beds fairly comfortable. No room service or towel he whole time. No fruit breakfast, it was mediocre. Coffee good.

There was no service to our room for the entire stay, which was two nights. Understandable due to COVID, but no refill on the coffee station and our door key would not work every time we tried to use it… had to go to front desk for new key every time. Shower had hair in it when we checked in.

We did not have breakfast in the hotel. We were there for our sons graduation at Ft. Benning. Spent most of our time out with him.

The door key card was broken, I tried multiple times and it wouldn't open with both of our keys. I would have preferred more sugar for my coffee and tea, had to go to the lobby to get more.
