The walls were very thin. We could hear every word that was said in the rooms next to us. When I was in the hallway I could hear conversations from two doors down.

It was a very easy check-in and friendly staff. The eating area was large and could accommodate a lot of people at one time. The hotel was clean.

Breakfast is very basic with very limited varieties and poor quality. Appreciate if they pay attention to improve breakfast experience. The booking includes breakfast but I used it only once and avoided it the rest of my 8 days stay.

This is being picky, but the lids in the coffee area "do not" fit the cups. The ones inside the room fit great. The 10 and 15 lbs dumbells are missing from the gym.

This hotel is a great value. Breakfast was good. My room was clean and everything functioned properly. The gym and pool were great and they had a weight scale for competitors. All the equipment in the gym was great and functioned well. The parking and exterior area is clean and safe. This hotel is in very close proximity to great restaurants and bars.

Very noisy in the rooms, could hear full conversations of neighbors. Elevator was extremely slow and only one appeared to be working.

Beds are very uncomfortable and noisy. Yes, NOISY!!! We've stay at this hotel several times and have complained about the beds each time. Still, the mattresses are worn from years of use and foundation creaks and cracks with every little toss and turn, waking up your spouse or partner throughout the night. Also another pet peeve is a loose toilet seat. Sadly, this is not an issue with not only this resort, but with the majority of places we have stayed with throughout the years. If a toilet seat is loose, have housekeeping or maintenance tighten the two screws. Takes less than 3 minutes and keeps the seat from sliding around when sitting down or getting up.

Decor was a bit dated and room was rather narrow for a disabled room, not much room for luggage and my motorised scooter.

The breakfast was surprisingly good. Hot food - eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes. Bread products - toast, bagels, muffins etc. Cold cereals, fruit, juice, coffee. Room was clean and well equipped.

I didn't like that was no room service to clean the room for a 3 night basically put trash and dirty towels in front of door. Had to go down to guest service every time needed something for the room

I love that it was very close to location for the theme parks sea world and water park. Love that there hot breakfast every morning. The bed was comfortable.

There wasn't air conditioning in the elevators or hallways. They wasn't a cleaning service for the room every day. I was informed to leave the trash bags and towels in the hallway? The homeless people begging near the hotel area.

Breakfast is very samey. Scrambled eggs with sausage one day and bacon the next. Then repeat. Pancakes were available too though.

Location is great. 20 mins from Universal and 10 from Disney. Rooms were decent sized. Close to a Walmart for shopping and plenty of places to go to ear at night.

laundry machine was not working for few days. Cockroach was found in the bathroom! Furniture a bit old and refurbish or rehabilitate is due.

The only complaint is the same complaint that we have everytime we stay here. And it's HUGE!! The beds are awful!! The foundation the mattress sets on squeaks and creaks with every toss, turn and move. And the mattresses themselves are not comfortable. After spending hours and hours on our feet at the Parks or shopping we look forward to a quiet and comfortable sleep. Sadly this BW+ mattress and bedding doesn't come through!!

We love the location. Located close enough to the Disney Parks, yet far enough away from to avoid the hustle and bustle. We are Disney World Annual Passholders who prefer to stay off property and stayed at this Best Western Plus several times. This past visit was the first time we experienced the free buffet breakfast. Great choice of breakfast fare from cereal and yogurt, to fresh, make them yourself pancakes. The scrambled eggs were light, fluffy and hot. Tons of bacon and sausage. Fresh fruit, cold fruit juices and piping hot coffee. One of the best breakfast included we've ever had!! Pleasantly surprised, full and satisfied!!
