I didn't like that most of the staff was rude. There was one gentleman who was very accommodating and outgoing and spoke every time he seen us. The fourth floor smelled and the ice machine didn't work and neither did the washer. I also didn't like that I had to get my own towels every single day, I also had to go buy garbage bags and take my own garbage out of my room every single day. My room was not clean there was peanuts all over my floor and safety pins stuck in the carpet, the coffee pot was filthy and the drawers of the stands were also dirty they definitely weren't cleaned from the previous people. We were there 5 days and the pool was closed the entire stay. It could be a pretty nice hotel if the management would take the time to train the staff in customer service and do the basic necessities of hotel management and day-to-day needs.

I liked that it was close to the beach and boardwalk. It was also near stores and restaurants. Very accessible for my needs.

Location is good .. lots of stores and restaurants nearby. It takes about 15 min to get to boardwalk and beaches. it’s worth staying outside the city in my opinion…hotel was very affordable

-No breakfast as advertised. -Elevator is kind of sketchy -The TVs need updated and a tv channel list provided. -Still no housekeeping services during stay -Beds are hard and uncomfortable. -Only 3 pillows for a double bed - they are currently renovating I’d like to see it once it’s finished since it definitely has amazing potential.

-The staff for the most part were great and accommodating. We ran into some unfortunate circumstances during our stay and the staff was great. -LOCATION! -20 mins from ocean city -15 mins from Atlantic City -40 mins from Wildwood Because of this we were able to take day trips to each beach which is great in my opinion. Most ppl just go to one beach and stay. We got to go to three beaches in 4 days.

My room nice and comfortable. The staff was great.The front desk clerks were very friendly especially Jamilah. Please give her a raise. My overall experience was great, I will book here again.

I booked the hotel bc one of the amenities was a pool but the pool was closed the whole length of the trip.

The distance between Atlantic City Bus Terminal and the hotel by public transportation is a challenge when it comes to travelling. Taxi is expensive. Bus 508 is the number, though the bus drivers themselves were not able to guide us correctly...

The room was spacious enough, clean enough and good customer service was given. We needed clean towels at night which was no problem and we were helped by the receptionist to find our way back to Atlantic City by bus. Breakfast to go: it is what it is, but the minimum that the hotel provides is sufficient.
