Although we wouldn't have used it as we were wanting to try restaurants for breakfast, it would normally be very nice to have a free breakfast of at least coffee, packaged pantries and some fruit.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

The pool was closed for maintenance. That was a disappointment because it was one of the reasons why I booked that hotel.

Bathroom walls were covered with a white film. I assume the wallpaper was wiped down and the residue was not removed. Wasn’t a dealbreaker but I would clean it up. Heard from another person that their room had the same issue.

The pool. The chorine smell was over powering . Even without signs you could tell the pool was at the end of the hall. No lounge chairs if you wanted to just relax.

The neighboring room was extremely loud all the way into the morning and kept us up. The room smelled like dog and was very strong. I almost requested a new room, but was too exhausted, but I wish I would have. The air conditioner was also very loud and woke us up every time it kicked on.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was very good. Our room was clean. The location was great. Everything was in good working order and liked that we had shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and dryer available.

Did not provide enough towels or toilet paper. There were 2 guests and only on towel and 1 roll of paper and had to ask for more. House keeping could have been better.

I was in room 307 and above the mirror the paint was not finished off. Looked very tacky. Additionally the sheets did not feel clean when we go there.

We requested body wash five times as the container in our room was empty. It was written down to do, but never happened. I saw the boxes of delivered body wash next to the front desk the first time we reported our need.

it was located near places we needed to go. the employee that checked us in was exceptionally helpful. she printed us a map with an alternative route to avoid road construction.

Asked for a luggage rack, & nobody knew what it meant. So rather than asking (which shouldn’t have been necessary, they just didn’t do anything.

Front desk staff was not very engaged, the gentleman barely spoke other than to say our room number or briefly answer a question if we asked one. We arrived for Breakfast at 7am and it was 15 minutes late being ready and the tables were all dirty when we arrived for breakfast and had to wait for one to be cleaned. Pool area flooring is very slick since it is a smooth painted surface with no texture and seems to be no ventilation in pool/hot tub area as it was very very steamy and high chlorine fumes in air.

appearance of the property was appealing, and location was good. Coffee was good in lobby. Rooms were comfortable and clean and view from our room was nice. I liked that had pool and hot tub to enjoy.

Did not have the best water pressure but shower was hot. Was not within walking distance to any of the sights that were of interest to us.

The bed was very comfortable and had large pillows.

Our room was right by the elevator. Hotel was fully booked so we heard constant noise of people coming and going on elevator and hallways. Bed was on the hard side. Blinking light on ceiling from smoke detector.
