Very clean! Staff was exceptional! We were able to check in early they go above and beyond! Very big spacious rooms! 24hr coffee in the lobby with all the fixings was the best! Not to mention the amazing breakfast buffet in the morning and the huge sitting room was nice to relax in 😊

Location was a pain for parking to check in and the parking garage was super tight spaces, but they comp’d our parking fee without us asking which was pretty awesome. The WiFi was a little difficult to figure out, but after calling the front desk for help we got it working great! One thing that’s a bummer is I was trying to book a future stay in Aug for a concert and the prices skyrocketed $200+, which is typical for hotels, just bummed I can’t stay again on my next trip over.

I really liked the location. We came for a Kraken game and loved that it was like a 5 minute walk. The room was nice and cozy and loved the option of the pull out bed and the kitchenette was pretty cool. We didn’t stay long enough to use it but great price for everything we got. The breakfast had lots of options! It was good in taste, nothing crazy but pretty typical for hot hotel breakfast.

Great location, great service, great room, great hot breakfast included. We got a huge 3 room suite for the price of a regular room with an ocean view. It came with a full size refrigerator with ice maker, no need to run down the hall for ice! The Space needle was a 15 minute walk, the Pike's Place fish market was a 25 minute walk. The entrance to the hotel was very spacious as was the breakfast area, plenty of room for everyone to sit. The staff was very friendly with recommendations of where to eat and how to get to attractions. I got a text after we checked into our room asking if everything was OK and if we needed anything. I thought this was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay so much, we decided to stay another night. We HIGHLY recommend this place.

Downside was the description in Booking.com stated there were some rooms with balconies, which is incorrect. There are no balconies in this hotel. Please be aware, this is one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.

Breakfast was good with a varied selection of items. Room was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed having the separate sitting and kitchen area.The location was good, being a few blocks from the Space Needle and the waterfront.

I loved the location. We walked to Pike’s Place and the space needle from our hotel. It was about a 25 minute walk to Pike’s place and a 10 minute walk to the Space Needle. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well.

Valueable price for "One bedroom two queen-beds with a sofa bed suite." Valueable free breakfast. Clean room and bathroom. Free coffee all day. Fully functional kitchenette. Near the Space Needle within walking 10~13 minutes. Near the waterfront Seattle Aquarium with driving 8 minutes.

I love that it’s a family friendly hotel. I also loved that the girl who was doing the evening shift was friendly and very helpful.

Only 1 elevator worked which was hard because the hotel was completely book. That’s a lot of people for one tiny elevator.

Breakfast was ok. They did not have bacon but did have decent sausage patties. Coffee was very good.

Free parking would be helpful, but I found a nearby garage for a reasonable price. Coffee at the breakfast buffer was very weak.

Great breakfast buffet. Very quiet and comfortable rooms, also very spacious. Particularly enjoyed having a kitchenette in the room. Convenient location.

I was charged with $43 parking. I was told by the receptionist that she saw us ride a car coming from the parking. I was upset with that. We reached the hotel via the train & bus & departed via uber.

I like the breakfast because it has many choices. I can opt to just eat the healthy oats with banana or choose the less healthier sausage with scrambled eggs & waffle.
