The maintenance seemed to be lacking. We had a leaking toilet and a broken door on the microwave. We called about them, but no one ever came to even look at it. The lobby toilet had a messed up seat in the handicapped bathroom, and the other bathroom was out of order.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and had good variety. You didn't starve or want for more. They also had drinks at the front desk along with snacks and dinner foods u could purchase to microwave if you didn't wanna order out or have delivery, and the best part is dog food and free treats!

On the go, prepackaged breakfast would be great. Hampton Inn offers guests who depart before breakfast is served.

Close proximity to BNA. Literally 5 minutes away. Great for early morning departures.

They booked me a room for a person with disabilities which I did not need or require( shower built for a wheelchair) which was hard to use without water all over the bathroom floor. This meant using some towels on the floor to contain the water. The parking was not adequate for the number of people staying at the hotel.

Close to Nashville center. Comfy beds. Adequate space. Breakfast bar. Good value for the money.

My refrigerator didn’t work. Called maintenance, he came asap and said he fixed it and it was back working and to give it some time to cool. Time passed and no luck. Didn’t have a working refrigerator🙁

Overall, I loved the property. It was very comfortable like being home.

There was a major leak under the kitchen sink, but the maintenance man was quick in arriving to fix it and had it good as new in no time! The AC didn't work too well. Had to set the temp extremely low to get it to kick on and get the muggy feeling out of the room. My side of the bed had busted springs and it sagged.

The location was great. All the staff we encountered were wonderful - kind, accommodating, lovely people. The breakfast was good - full hot meal, lots of variety, well stocked. The couch was comfortable. The price couldn't be beat! It was great having a full kitchen in the room. We got some fabulous fresh veg at the farmers market and made a couple meals in to save some money instead of going out to eat for every meal.

There was construction going on. My bathroom in my room had rust. You can tell the room was older. Overall the stay was comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I received text messages asking about my stay and how I felt regarding it. Very good communication.
