Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe maintenance seemed to be lacking. We had a leaking toilet and a broken door on the microwave. We called about them, but no one ever came to even look at it. The lobby toilet had a messed up seat in the handicapped bathroom, and the other bathroom was out of order.
The bed was amazingly comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and had good variety. You didn't starve or want for more. They also had drinks at the front desk along with snacks and dinner foods u could purchase to microwave if you didn't wanna order out or have delivery, and the best part is dog food and free treats!

United StatesThey booked me a room for a person with disabilities which I did not need or require( shower built for a wheelchair) which was hard to use without water all over the bathroom floor. This meant using some towels on the floor to contain the water. The parking was not adequate for the number of people staying at the hotel.
Close to Nashville center. Comfy beds. Adequate space. Breakfast bar. Good value for the money.

United StatesThere was a major leak under the kitchen sink, but the maintenance man was quick in arriving to fix it and had it good as new in no time! The AC didn't work too well. Had to set the temp extremely low to get it to kick on and get the muggy feeling out of the room. My side of the bed had busted springs and it sagged.
The location was great. All the staff we encountered were wonderful - kind, accommodating, lovely people. The breakfast was good - full hot meal, lots of variety, well stocked. The couch was comfortable. The price couldn't be beat! It was great having a full kitchen in the room. We got some fabulous fresh veg at the farmers market and made a couple meals in to save some money instead of going out to eat for every meal.
