Room extremely old, needs updating. There were no dishes, glasses or anything in the suite. Should have stocked kitchen. Complimentary breakfast was just awful.

Grounds were dirty. Litter all over the place. Room was musty. Mold in bathroom. A lot of mold. Carpet was filthy. Plastic cups and eating utensils under bed. No stopper in sink.

Filthy showers, multiple cockroaches seen in the room immediately upon entry, bed sheets were unusually damp and itchy.

the room was disgusting and should’ve never been an available unit. the tub was disgusting we were advised by the front desk that it was cleaned but just looked dirty due to needing a new coating. Then our refrigerator began to leak after an hour of being checked in. There were red stains on the carpet, the curtains had brown stains on them, the cabinets looked dirty. I wish i could upload all of the pictures and videos I took. The room was filthy! The only reason we stayed was because we were in town for an event. I was offered a 15% discount for the leaky fridge but I honestly feel I should be refunded for the entire stay. I would never return to this establishment.

The price was a little high for a room that only consisted of a queen bed and a chair that you were able to sleep in. I thought it could have been cheaper or offered a pull-out bed of some type.

The location was great and the rooms were very clean. The employees were so sweet and the beds were comfy.

The bathroom was filthy. I originally booked a double room. Called and added an extra night, when I done so apparently they switched me to a queen room without telling me. Most the problems came from booking .com. The price I was told was without taxes that information was never disclosed. The fact my room was changed to a queen also without telling me and had my toddler on a roll away bed. Tried to get the room changed the first two nights with no luck. This was out first trip to the beach and the accomodations were subpar.

1) Need additional chairs at the table when there are more than one person in the room so you can both sit at the table together for meals. 2) Cleaning the room at least one time on a four day stay would have been appreciated. At least come in to vacuum. 3) update info online to advise kitchen tools need to be asked for and are not automatically in the rooms as implied.

The location was nice. Relatively quiet and not far from our daughter's homes.

Place is disgusting. I'm a retired inspector and this was very bad advertisement and deceptive. I had an inconvenience finance until my card was refunded. Had to spend more but ended up with the best accommodations somewhere else. So frustrated

The noise. From 7 am until 4 p.m was annoying on a Saturday morning where I was supposed to be resting. No notice or anything just carpet cleaning vans sounding like snow blowers all day 😑

The room could have been cleaner. TV glass was dirty. Bathtub needs replacing. Looks like it's dirty but paint has worn off. Noisy tenants.

Very dirty. Cigarette buds all over the property. Couldn’t walk into the room without reeking of smoke. Semen on the desk chair of the room. Extremely rude manager name Bobby.

When the people flushed their toilet upstairs, it drained the water from my toilet for a few minutes. When the heat shut off, it became a little chilly.

I liked that Extended Stay was right off of Independence Blvd and easy to get to my destinations. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen worked fine.

There was a lot of arguing and yelling all night between other guests in other parts of the hotel. It was hard to sleep and it seemed that trouble might break out at any time. The room itself was dingy and small. It was clean under the circumstances but not inviting, comfortable, or satisfying.

The outside of the building looked mostly pretty good.

I was charged additional 99.74 in a separate transaction when I checked in. When I asked about it I was told that it was just a hold for reservation. Well that wasn't the case and I have been trying to contact someone about it for almost a month now without a reply.
