No good breakfast 🥞😩especially with kids can’t give them coffe because milk no available, they rent rooms for 4 people and basically they gave us ONE flat sheet and one bedspread for the love-sit sofa bed ,only one person fit on it and 3 on the king zise bed😤no good also to much noise outside on parking area (party?)🤔front desk lady horrible attitude no nice also windows full of mold I believe maintenance area ? I don’t know

Brefast just was coffee ,muffins,and little sack s of oatmeal no complete satisfied.I like that rooms looks clean especially the bathrooms thanks to housekeepers good job 🙏😁from desk lady bad attitude ( manager very nice )

We got into our room and went to use the bathroom and there was no soap available to wash our hands. The toilet paper roll was less than half and there was no extra. By 8 a.m. when I went to get coffee, there was none and the "take it to eat" breakfast options were zero. All their breakfast was completely gone except one package of oatmeal. No coffee in room, no coffee at desk. There were a lot of homeless people digging through the garbage next to my car.

It was fairly clean. The lady at the desk was friendly.

The rest of the staff were lazy and didn't care to help out the guests, no housekeeping service and no reliable television

The beds are small, not plush. The curtains are worn then & need replaced. Couch cushions in units need to be replaced. A table would be nice. The phone was broken, the microwave was broken. The toilet seat was broken. The bathtub drain plug was broken. The manager is only able to do what little she can.

Night manager she was nice & kind. Helpful & amazing.

There we're no ice machine. The bathroom was not clean. The door was hard to open.

It was grab and go not a real breakfast. The location was good it was around a lot of places to eat at.

Waited at the front desk nearly 1/2 hr to be checked in. No coffee or coffee pot. Only one stool at the counter and I clearly told the staff I was having an old friend over for an evening chat. The kitchen had zero implements. No plastic ware or anything for serving. Any basic motel has a coffee pot with creamer, sugar and something to serve it with. In addition, there was a group of immigrants outside and one rushed up to me and grabbed my suitcase and drug it to my room.

Nice bathroom, bed was fine, nice tv.

Quiet and the first deaf person was okay but the best person at checkout was rude I tried to call the office and ask him if they could bring a key back to the room that I was staying in and was told absolutely not because it's against their policy I have a heart condition and it was also stated in my request for lower room closer to the ground they provided me with a room closer to the ground however when I needed to get my glasses out of the room and we had already walked out I had to call the office and was told absolutely not it's against my their policy I found and I was having a hard time breathing as it was my mother had to go up in there and grab the key to all take me all the way back to the room and grab my glasses and then go up to the front and drop it off the one at check out that day was totally non-professional did not take in consideration with this customer was having a problem with it was easy to fix and yet they acted like we were stupid for even asking not staying there again in the maintenance guy which was right there wouldn't even bother and said no it's against our policy and I was like what kind of a policy is that.

Can't men ate and went to sleep got up cleaned up and walked out it was at checkout that I had in the issue with the front desk person not qualified to be there that perso.

I didnt like it that they allow people to stay in the same room for more than 30 days make it to where after someone has been there 30 days they have to leave the room for at least a week because it makes things so hard for a family of 4/ or 5 to get a room with double beds

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. And the rooms are very used. But being what they are mainly for it can be understandable. I just needed a quick stay that could be a free cancellation due to the winter storm.

This felt like a low budget hotel. The staff knocked on my door like the police the day before I checked out to tell me I owed them money. I paid for my room in advance of my stay and checked in without an issue. I had to go to the office and show them the receipt that I paid for my room weeks before I arrived. It was horrible. The element of people (which I recognize the hotel has no control of) that were around the hotel, made it very uncomfortable for my stay.
