Burn marks in the sheets, random stains on the walls and thumb tacks in the ceilings, rooms smoke detector looked to be ripped from the ceiling

Missing Items: 1) No nightstand lights - took us awhile, but we figured out the lights in the ceiling on each side of the bed served as substitutes. 2) No telephone in the room. (I suppose since everyone has cell phones these days, they figure room phones aren't necessary.) 3) No Kleenex - although there was an empty dispenser in the dressing area. 4) No (almost) shower handle. (It came off in our hand every time we turned the shower on - luckily, we were able to put it back on. 5) No coffee maker - I believe there may be coffee in the lobby, but I didn't check to see. We were right next door to Del Taco, so I got my morning coffee from there. 6) There was one tiny bottle of Shampoo/Conditioner, one miniature bar of soap and no travel size hand/body lotion - I always bring my own toiletries when traveling, so this wasn't a big issue. 7) NO SMOKE DETECTOR - saved this one for last, cuz in my opinion, this was the biggest issue. I'm pretty sure this has got to be some kind of code violation, not to mention a safety risk - no detector, but the wires were there, just dangling from the ceiling . . . 😳

We stayed 3 nights in January 2024. The rate was reasonable and competitive with other hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed towels, ice, etc. They allow pets, if you have any. Although there is a separate fee and deposit. The room was fairly large and in a little alcove, providing privacy with little to no foot traffic going by our window. (There was one other room beyond ours,) Room was by the pool, which would be nice in warm weather - however the pool was closed during our stay. The hotel itself is in an "Okay" area - not the greatest, but the police station is right next door, so there's that. The room had a king size bed and was clean and comfortable enough - there was only one set of towels (for a double room) - but that was remedied with a quick request at the front desk. The fridge, microwave, large flat screen TV, and heat/air worked fine. However, we did notice a few things were missing. I've listed those separately.

There is a female that works in the morning.Almost every day I believe she is mexican. She is very rude and judge mental. I never have problems here.The staff is really nice to me and always works with me with whatever issues I do have period but there is an incident.A few years back that I had with her and she seemed to hold this grudge this whole time and gives me nothing but a hard time.Every time I come here she's the only one I have a problem with

Is the vet if that room said jacuzzi tubs that'd be nice

Customer service all the rooms are like not necessary remodeled but I mean the beds are still like new and the walls do have a nice thick coat of paint on them floors excellent as far as bathroom plenty of an essentials or whatever and as well as the bachelor it was nice

I received a call from Singapore and they had told me that I had cancelled my reservation but I never called them in the first place! When we called the guy back he told us okay we will give you back your room, like how does that happened ? If I was to lose that room they would’ve refunded all that money! So in general look at the reviews before you book this hotel & the door only had 1 lock and at the bottom of out door had a lil gap & the curtains didn’t close all the way!

place was dated only a single small towel each.sink had no strainer and a hair ball backed up and floated to the top.saw two crawling insects in the bathroom.I reserved two beds but got a single queen.

AC and heat worked sheets were clean.hot and cold water worked.there was toilet paper and it flushed.location is good plenty of places to eat and the tv had adequate amount of channels.bed was comfortable.

I didn’t like the environment that we was in also we had to change rooms due to the room not having a microwave and refrigerator. My kids are allergic to kids and there was cats everywhere.

The location made the stay worth it but I would not return.

There were roaches in the bathroom. Large and small ones. They originate from the pipes and crawl all over. There were many in the tub and I had to kill at least 5 when I arrived and in the morning while using the restroom.

Dirty room. Fake eyelashes stuck on the shower wall. No towels and the one there was dirty. Grossness under the bed such as dust, trash and dead bugs. Trash can not emptied.

Everything could’ve been better at the staff the bathroom maintenance. The bathroom was clogged and mirrors were scratched up. They didn’t have the audacity to clean up and prepare the room correctly for guest.

I didn’t like anything about the hotel at all. It was horrible.

People hanging out all night fighting gang members patrol this property drugs people going from room to room very scary looking individuals air didn’t work properly was supposed to be a non smoking room there were cigarette butts in the air conditioner the office staff does nothing about the gang activity selling drugs

Place was very dirty, had roaches, linen was torn or dirty, we were only given 1 towel when I had stated room was for 2, I’ll never return here Rest room had mold on walls.

There really wasn’t any thing that I liked about the stay other than location.

We looked at the filthy bedding and immediately left the location. They left the dirty, used sheets from the previous tenant on the bed and then made up the bed so it looked OK. There was sweat, body hair, pubic hair and buttcrack streaks. Absolutely awful. Also, bugs ( not bedbugs ) inthe filthy bedding

The room was very dirty, the floors were not clean the restrooms ceiling had mold and the sheets were ripped and cigarette burns. There was transients everywhere didn’t feel safe. The pool had cigarette buds and trash in it my kids couldn’t get in. Never staying here again
