Heat throughout hotel halls and stairs was so hot that to even sleep through the night you needed the ac on which was loud and kept us awake or if you have to open the window the traffic was even loader, so our sleep wasn't very good for what we had to pay.

The room was set up for handicap, bathroom sink was small and in the corner & not user friendly. No counter space at all

No one came the 2nd day to at least replace towels. Had to ask for towels 2nd day and only received hand towels. Then to top it off, the second day was a Friday so had to pay $66.00 more for the night!! Would have been nice to have been offered a discount since there was NO housekeeping service. Very disappointed.

We reserved a King Suite that supposedly had a view of the river (Mill Creek actually). None were available when we checked in. There was only one clean towel and no shower curtain in out room when we checked in. Also no housekeeping service on our second day, a fact that was not communicated to us when we checked in.

Breakfast was average. The location is close to a busy highway, too far from downtown to walk.

Room smelled so bad we had to sleep with window open and felt sick from the odor. Towels had hair on them and uncertain if they were clean towels. Toilet had something brown left on it. No parking.

looked nothing like I expected. this was a disappointing hotel. dirty, outdated, in a crappy neighborhood, and a view of the freeway. the whole outside is covered in bugs. the place hasn’t been updated in 15+ years. I wish we had stayed at the other hotels even in the parking lot and across the street. i’m disappointed in this whole thing.

Our air conditioner / heater didn’t work. They tried to fix but couldn’t So we were supposed to get a discount on room. Didn’t get that either !!!

Our first room assignment was a long hallway from the elevator in spite of requesting on the reservation and calling the day before arrival to tell them my husband (89 yrs) was disabled. Also, the room assigned closer to the elevator was not clean and there was a bad odor. However after complaining and my daughter talking with the staff they did refund most of the cost Never tried the breakfast after our experience

Great central location for wine tasting in Walla Walla. Nice spacious double queen room. Quiet, good beds. OK bagged Covid BFast.

nothing!! This is the most poorly ran place! The manager is rude she lied and our room was so dirty after checking in!! Then to not get any clean towels for our second night no clean room and were not allowed to swim after I called to verify the hotel's pool was fully open!!

blood on comforter, urine on both comforters- even the “clean” one we requested to replace the original, blackout curtain doest close on ground floor in room 121-so the front desk gave me three safety pins, tub plug doest work-so unable to take bath, sheets and comforter put on sideways-so they would not come over shoulders at night-had to get out of bed and remake both beds before going to sleep. This is absolutely the worst accommodations I have ever paid for 250+ dollars a night. Anyone would be a fool to stay here twice.

no hot water for 3 days, 3am had to go ask for TP cuz they only give you a half a role for 2 people for a 3 day say, pool was cloudy- maybe cuz everyone was using since there was no hot water. The least they could do was tell you when you checked in that they did not have hot water- never mentioned it!
