Staff seemed stressed and overworked the elevator didn’t work but I got a phone call on Thursday asking if they could put me on the third floor without explaining that the elevator wasn’t working.

The bathroom needed a little bit of work can't control what is outside roaming around and I understand that so all in all I would definitely stay here again I'm giving a review

First room smelled like fermented fruit, had extremely large amounts of fruit flies in the room/rooms there was food on the first bed as if it was never cleaned wall ac felt like swamp cooler in both rooms. Head board I'm second room had hand prints and liquid spilled from top of headboard. Shower and shower head had mold and scum. Roaches in the second room was the breaking point. As well as floors very sticky and dirty. No phone service in both rooms was told they don't offer land line services but rooms had phones in them for decorations purposes I'm assuming because I had to walk to the counter for any issues.

The second room I was moved to was the only good part of this stay. When microwave wasn't working in first room they sent maintenance in quickly to address the situation

Everything could've been exactly how it was described. I have stayed here previously and had no issues really but this time around it was very stressful. I couldn't charge my phone because the nightstand where they provide the plug ins at was taken out and was not replaced. I had to go and physically buy an extension cord. I also had issues with my room keys every single time. Always having to go upfront to replace or resync my keys was annoying especially when the elevator was broken and im on the second floor all the way at the other side opposite of the front.

There wasnt a coffee maker in the room so I had to go down 3 flights of stairs for coffee upon waking up, the elevator didn't work, a living cockroach was found in the bathroom sink, I had forgotten my cellphone plugged in the room and when I called them to ask if the house keeper turned it in, they had no such item!! The econolodge charge my card and extra $28 for a early check in after booking.com said I would not be charged!!! The Front desk lady was very rude and abrasive to say the least. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone!

the smell off the hotel and how i had to take my trash out

they had a sign up stating they did free breakfast when i asked they said no, it smelled like pee the day we checked in the smell was strong and then it never stated i had to put a $100 deposit down bit she let me put $50 as the deposit. last but least i had to take my own trash outside in the rain and they never came to restock my room with toiletries

Oh man, the location in general was quite rough and left a lot to be desired. Being located right next to a highway and train tracks made nights very, very irritable. We were placed on the third floor, where there was an obvious smell of marijuana, and smoke (even though smoking is not allowed apparently). In our room, my and my wife’s bedding had cigarette burn holes in them, while our friend’s bed had drops of nail polish throughout its sheets. I booked the room for 3 people, and we weren’t even given a proper amount of pillows. - The bathroom toilet seat was broken, and there was no mat in the tub, giving us a higher chance of slipping while showering. - One of the power outlets was covered in drywall, being completely fused into the wall. Thankfully, the outlet still worked. - The TV remote did not work at times, making it very frustrating to watch anything on the TV. - The Wifi was HORRIBLE. At times, we weren’t able to even use it, and even when logged into it, we couldn’t do anything worthwhile with it. Frustrated, we eventually just used my own personal hotspot, which funnily enough performed much better. - Housekeeping never came to our room, nor did they get our trash. Multiple times we passed them on our way to and from our room. Nothing. It felt as if they avoided us after the first day. I was charged $300+ for 4 days and 3 Nights, and while I understand I get what I pay for, but when an establishment can’t even get the basic things right, what’re the odds that we even come back to this place? Very low. I hope that you all do better.

When we arrived we didn’t have a toilet seat and the sink handle was broken. It did not feel the safest, lots of yelling and cops showed up.

Well the complimentary breakfast wasn't open at all so I guess it wasn't "included", the first thing that greeted me in my room was a roach on the floor and a mysterious stain on the bathroom door. Couldn't tell if it was a cleaning agent or a prior tenant.

Went down for breakfast at 8 and there was nothing out. Then all there was was muffins and coffee. Went next door to Dennys. Only 1 small thing of shampoo and the drapes in the room looked broken.

During the second night there were people just outside of the room who talked and made other noises until very late at night (2 a.m.). It was impossible to sleep. The hotel employee tried to calm down the people but sadly didn't succeed.

There was mold growing in the drain if the tub and the cloth shower curtain was yellow and didn't not look clean. There was also an entire lampshade missing and there were holes in the curtains. Also the walls had black grease marks on them
