We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe furniture is very dated. The chair in my room was torn and stained. I wouldn’t even sit my luggage on it. The vending machines and the ice machine are located in different areas opposite ends of the floor I was on. And the ice machine on my floor was broken.
It’s located close to a number of convenience store’s & restaurants. Not on a major highway so it is quiet at night which is good because the walls are very thin.

United StatesBoth the office chair and armchair were very uncomfortable. The bed though roomy was difficult to get comfortable. The continental breakfast left much to desire. The muffins and pastery were of low quality for packaged pastery.
The room was a nice size. I enjoyed the restaurant that was attached to the hotel, the bathroom was well-lit. The room had a nice-sized desk. The bed was roomy and clean.

United StatesI didn’t like the long walk to my room from the front desk. It was very far. I had a lot of bags to carry and it was pretty heavy and I wasn’t anticipating it being that far.
I felt very comfortable and safe. I was traveling alone, so that was important to me. I enjoyed having the little restaurant attached to the hotel to grab a quick bite. I also really enjoyed the staff. They were very friendly and helpful and morning nibbles for breakfast was great.

United States" continental breakfast" was a joke. Prepackaged US Foods mini muffins and danish and hot coffee? I stayed at a Hampton Inn a month ago and for another 30 dollars a night there was a hot breakfast, cookies at check in an the rooms were in better shape. Here the headboards on both beds had the backings worn/torn off at the head spaces, chair had a broken caster. Hall was muddy due to contractors on longer term stay didn't clean their feet off as well as proping the side door open every night. Thats a security concern.

United StatesTo preface, this was my second stay at this location. Once I unpacked my car and got to the room, it seemed dirty. The headboard looked like it had mold on it. I took pictures of it and went to the front desk to show them. The front desk advised the discoloration was due to the age and people scratching the headboard. I was offered a new room, but the new room across the hall had the exact same issue. On day two, my keys stopped working. I went to the desk and got new keys, they did not work either so the front desk made an emergency key. Maintenance had to help me get in my room because the power was out in half the building, so they could not fix the keys. Once I returned that evening that were able to get me good keys that worked the remainder of our time there. With us staying for the weekend, I at least expected to be offered fresh towels. Each morning I saw the custodial team, they walked past my room. I did not use the “do not disturb sign”. I didn’t expect the room to be cleaned, however I also didn’t expect to need to go to the front desk for towels or have to take them off the carts as they worked on other rooms.
The woman at the front desk was amazing, I should have gotten her name with all the times I had to go see her. She was super helpful with all of the issues I had upon arrival and as the stay progressed. I also like that they are dog friendly.
