The breakfast could have been better; we also didn’t get information on parking, but did arrive late in the evening. We just kind of winged it with the meters on the street, but thought there was supposed to be a lot?? I believe my husband asked about it, but didn’t really find anything out.

There isn't something that I did not particularly liked. My stay was only for one night, and there isn't much I can say honestly. The room was clean and the restroom was also clean. No issues found with the room or hotel during my stay.

I really like how spacious the room was. I also like the comfort of the bed, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and I am very picky with pillows. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of downtown Phoenix, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and places to hang out. Over all the cleanliness of the hotel was also very good.

I know this is probably not something the hotel can do much about but there were homeless people hanging out and sleeping in front and in back of the hotel (we could see one man and his dog sleeping next to the dumpsters behind the hotel).

Stayed here because it was within walking distance to a concert my son and I attended. Staff was exceedingly helpful, valet parking was a breeze, and only slighty more expensive than the lot down the street. Forgot something in my room, and was ushered back up by the front desk gentleman. Best hotel experience I've had in a while, mostly due to the amazing staff.

We liked everything about this property, however our room did not have a microwave. Not a deal breaker, just mentioning this so that others are aware.

Loved the location, service, and value for the purpose of our trip. From the moment we pulled into valet to the time we left, service was excellent, location was perfect for us (concert at Financial Center), and staying here made everything easy. We are an older couple.

For breakfast we got scrambled eggs with sausage or bacon, bagles, bread, peanut butter, jam, cereals, fruits and joghurt, as well as coffee, tea and juice. So breakfast was for American standard quite good, I think.

The parking situation was not good. Having to wait in our car in the street and then having to drive and park at another building is not ideal, especially if you forot an item and have to retrieve it.

The only reason I gave this hotel a 9/10 was because we waited over an hour for our car to come out of the valet parking. There was only 2 guys working and everyone is checking out at the same time. Poor planning on the management to only have 2 people working. Everyone was waiting.

The hotel was very clean, and quiet and the breakfast was really good! Great location. We were able to walk to the Dbacks game and not worry about parking over there.

The food at breakfast was Terrible! The French toast was hard and flavorless. The coffee was well didn’t even taste like coffee not really sure what it was. The eggs were mediocre. Hashbrowns were terrible. Don’t know what that flavor was either. They were no napkins. There was a spill on our table and the one person working breakfast came over sprayed some chemical cleaner while our food is on the table to wipe it down and was very personable. The whole breakfast thing was terrible. And paying $45 to park my truck Was a bit excessive.

Rooms need New Coffee machines, spluttered the water all over; shower heads installed in wall and Not ajustable to personal height but that seems to be an everywhere in the US hotel bathroom issue
