How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

$10 parking fee. The entrance was right off a Main Street and people parked and left their cars so blocked access on to the drive lane for check in. Hot tub was dirty. Not enough seating in the breakfast dinning area. Got stuck standing with food in hand waiting for a table to open up. The area is kinda sketchy just a mile or so from hotel. Typical rough downtown large city. Would recommend driving a bit further away for dinner.
Room was nice and clean. breakfast was very tasty fresh bacon fresh fruits. Towels available by pool.

only slight delays due to reno, noise while we ate breakfast - minimal really
This property was under renovation evidently that impacted staff some - they may have been shorthanded. Still pleasant. Location was terrific for a morning walk downtown!

Hot breakfast wasn't great but had lots of alternatives. TV is in a location so it can be seen from both bed and couch, however a weird angle from both.

Breakfast was only OK, could use a waffle machine.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for food and sightseeing in the city. The jacuzzi was clean and being regularly cleaned while we were there. Room was also very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

I wish we were warned of the construction of the lobby/bar area. The entrance seemed cramped because of it. Also, the rooms didn't have a microwave, but there was one to use down in the breakfast room. The pool wasn't open as well, which would've been good to know.
Breakfast offerings were varied and decent. If attending anything at the Delta Center, this would be ideal, but otherwise the location is pretty empty of other hospitality businesses, but near the Trax and fairly close to downtown.

Breakfast was very good: fresh fruit! Rooms comfortable. Parking lot was convenient. Good location with tram just outside. Quite a bit of remodeling construction in the lobby we weren't warned about, but should be done in a couple months.

An enjoyable experience, the location is fantastic, easily walkable to the city center, and it offers the convenience of gated parking. Though my room showed some age with an oddly placed sink, renovations are still ongoing to modernize things (if I get it right). The true highlights were the incredibly friendly, accommodating staff and the breakfast - easily the best I've had at any SLC hotel.

Wow not sure the stay really was a 10.
Everything was out standing and super clean. Super friendly staff. We will back next year for the Jazz/Celtics game.

I wish that the TV could possibly be on a little bit of a tilt or something that you can move the screen so that both beds can comfortably see it. Also, I wish that besides the free tea/coffee that it was also possible to get free hot chocolate. You have a lot of families and people that don't drink coffee or tea and wish for a hot beverage to drink especially during the cold times of the year.
I like the location of the hotel and how close it is to the Delta Center. Also, I like the room and how nice the room is. I like the couch in the sitting area and the desk.

Convenient location. We enjoyed that there was a sitting area on the side. My husband and I had our two adult daughters with us and it was nice to have a little bit of separation for changing clothes, etc. The room was clean.

We didn't like the smell of the pillows they had on old smell, but with a little spray of perfume the problem was taken care of.
